Typical example of how to lie/fool a customer. Right from booking till room was occupied, none of the staff intimated that there will be no hot water in the shower, despite the fact that the solar heater was nonfunctional for quite some days prior. Solution was to give hot water in buckets😡😡 Customer comfort is the last in their priority with other amenities like wifi practically non-existent. Attitude of the ***agement which translates to attitude of the staff was very evidently bad, especially being dishonest to clients about basic facilities. Strongly recommended to not attempt to stay at such lousy places
