I’m an NRI person(Malta), on the way to vagamon me and my wife had stayed in a hotel for one night, we reached around 9 o clocks there(not sharp), we reached after a long journey (300km). The front desk guy(the person who collected details for check-in) was an old person, he doesn’t even know how to behave towards the customer, and he treated us like we booked for free. I respect his age, I spoke with another younger guy who was more pleasant and professional(working in same department), he apologised when I made this complaint about that person. Hotel ***agement has to make an audit about how your staff behave towards customers, I will never suggest this hotel to any of my friends. Because of that person, he spoiled our entire stay
