Very good. Very nice accommodation with sea view room. The food is really awesome and yummy. Nice hotel to stay at kovalam

Not a resort at all. No proper approach road to this hotel. Hotel room price very high poor rooms, lift only upto 3 rd floor. Dinning and breakfast on 5 th floor. That too 5 th floor roof made of asbestos or tin shed. Hotel does not command any rating. Will not recommend to any one to go here. Room have insects chitiya moving around. Hotel management very bad. Showing them all the negative aspects of the hotel and when said can not stay in such a bad hotel they refused to accept cancellation of my 02 night stay. So in all avoid booking of this hotel.

Room and bathroom was dusty, with ants and fungus. Horrible. Average food. Small congested room. Not worth

This hotel is not value for money, rude staff, not food variety in brekafast. They they never provide gst bills

Rooms are okay okay, but not much luxury we when this is comparing with a rs for a single room i think the price is little bit higher, we have booked two rooms for. There was not balcony as per they mentioned

Cheap food quality.Provided us with used bed rolls,room completely full of fowl smell,bathroom continously smelled as flush was partially dis-functional.Big white rats noticeable in the restaurant,cockroaches seen in the room.

I was staying in this hotel for 2 days and on day one we saw 2 🦎 lizard / Chipkali. And when we complaint they said we were carrying it with us in our bag. Washroom is also not good. I slept on the 3rs bed but it was very very UNCOMFORTABLE. But we adjusted and supported them but on the 2nd day we again found lizard 🦎. I highly not recommend this hotel for staying.

No enough staffs no hot water during evening no good food staffs are rude no assistance for driver accommodation rooms are just ok location is also ok overall not worthy for the money we are spending

First of all it's not a resort, the rooms are below average only for the cost. No facility in the hotel. Many photos in this page was taken long time back or fake settings, in reality it's not the same appeal, very poor maintenance

Location is good but the maintenance, cleanliness, food and other services are far below the standard expected for the tariff.

Unhygienic breakfast/rooms not clean /algae in swimming pool/poor room cleanliness and also very environment/full of dust floating all around inside premises/rooms were not good as promised before booking

I checked in on 17-1-23, booking confirmation was ocean view deluxe room but they gave me the ordinary room - which was having bad smell, untidy room, dirty bedsheets, AC, TV were not working, bathroom was stinking. When I talked to receptionist to change the room then he very rudely said there is no other room … I requested to make me talk to his manager but he rudely kept saying only one thing - there is no room there is no room available. even the manager (some mid aged fellow) was worst in attitude - he was yelling on me despite of their mistake. I feel cheated - the worst experience, worst hotel and worst staff. They spoilt my day (anniversary day). I immediately checked out and with me some other guests too did it - still that guy was indifferent to the situation. Never ever prefer this hotel if you want to save your money , mood and day. Even jail might be better than this hotel.

Staff need to be trained, they should know how to approach a guest room, how to knock the door, swimming pool not upto the mark.

Good but the road is bad staff is good food was average service was good breakfast was good room view too good
