Great 5 star hotel with amazing views of the ocean, beach and great roof top bar with very reasonable stocked bar at great prices we have experienced so far on our trip. Location is great with a short walk to the beach but decent pool and spa on site to unwind. Food was great each day with staff friendly and attentive to our requirements. Bar *** at WWW roof top bar was good and his cocktails were great.

Great location just up from the beach and only a 10 minute walk to the next one *****. Plenty of restaurants and small independent shops ***** the beach. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Used their drivers for airport transfers and local sightseeing. Hotel was clean but needs a little modernisation but the main issue for us was no fresh coffee, only instant.

Had a pleasant stay here. Exceptional service very accommodating staff and comfortable place to stay in. Food was excellent and kitchen staff were a pleasant and helpful lot.

It was clean with great views. Great food and courteous staff! Very nice ambience. We visited the nearby Trivandrum temple, palace and museums.

Had a wonderful time and the hotel facilities were good . The reception staff Aswathi, Pavithra and Tiny were very helpful . Highly recommend Vivek at the Ayurveda Spa Many thanks

Amazing room we booked the Arabian Sea view room and it was amazing. The most beautiful view and the service and the staff are very kind and friendly. Food was also amazing. The pool side view is amazing. Loved it

We stayed in 403,405 rooms good rooms and comfortable. Food is excellent. From the room view is good in 405. Very nice place to visit. Padmanabaswamy temple beach and very nice. Special mention to Ms.pavithra

Everything was top notch good hotel with superb view and amazing restaurant. very happy with the Hospitality and service of the staff. Good experience and coordination from staff in water activities also. Had a great time!

Location is fair, a steep busy road to the beach and town is required, fortunately many tuk-tuks are available at the beach so the walk back up the hill can be avoided. The reception staff are excellent and extremely helpful. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. We were on the 5th floor with lovely sea views. Food and beverages are average and below the standards we experienced in the three other hotels we stayed at during our kerala trip. In order to meet higher standards the breakfast and 24hr food availability and choices must be raised. We also experienced poor service, having to frequently for coffee and omelettes whilst others were served ahead of us. This was the only hotel at which this happened. Overall a good hotel but improvements should be made.
