"If you never try temple stay this is a must.
Cons side u only bath once a day from 4pm to 8pm. With 4 person sharing the same bath tub.
Upside the room given is so luxurious and night dining in room. But as this is temple expect all vegetarian."
"The hardware is unique and beautiful! There are two aspects to the software: 1. If you are a true Buddhist, you will feel that the commercial atmosphere is very strong, and the morning and evening classes are irregular. 2. The basic services are not up to standard, such as frozen food. It is disappointing that hot water or water boiling tools are not provided in snowy weather. of!"
"The hotel has a parking lot, the location is good, 500 meters away from the King Kong Mountain Temple, public bathroom, fine cuisine, morning class at 6:30 in the morning, experience is still very good"

"The location is very good, clean and tidy, the morning class is relatively simple, and there are no activities such as meditation and copying scriptures. On the whole, it is completely fine to be used as a hotel pure accommodation, but there is not much atmosphere of the temple."
"This temple stay is amazing. Vegetarian breakfast and dinner was great. The morning prayer and fire ritual was great to take part in. They also offered an afternoon mediation tutorial. There was a night tour for the cemetery, however I did not take part. It was a little concerning that the English tour was ¥1000 yen more than the Japanese tour. Overall I highly recommend this place."
"It is said to be the imperial residence of Emperor Toba and Empress. It has a beautiful environment and the hardware is new and clean. The location is good, in the middle, you can walk to major attractions in ten minutes. There is a short uphill walk to get off the bus.
I booked a Japanese-style room with a bathroom. I stayed in a room on the second floor. There was a small entrance hall, a sink, and a small bathroom at the entrance. It's very cold in Mount Koya in winter. With the air conditioner and heating on, the room is very warm.
The breakfast and dinner of Shojin cuisine are very sumptuous. In the morning class, the master will lead the chanting of sutras and incense, as well as Azi Temple meditation. If you want to participate in the fire offering, you need to make reservations at other temples. There are dedicated people who come to the room to take meals and morning classes, and the service is very considerate. I’ll come back next time during the red leaf season."
"The location for a spiritual purification journey is excellent. Across the road is Tanshang Jialan, a complex of ancient buildings among thousands of woods, which is very spectacular.
The rooms at Sochiji Temple are very large, with one bedroom, one living room, and a separate bathroom, but the bathroom is a public bathroom with a hot spring. This is their style and a very special experience.
The vegetarian meal is like kaiseki cuisine, with many courses served in order and taking more than an hour to eat.
The service staff are very enthusiastic and nice!"
"This is the most cost-effective lodging house I have ever stayed in Koyasan. It has a beautiful courtyard, the food tastes great, the service is very thoughtful, the hot springs can wash away the fatigue of the day, and the cost-effectiveness is also very good. I will choose this place again when I come to Koyasan in the future."
"Loved the vibe of this place. It felt very traditional and was a super unique experience. The included dinner and breakfast were alright, not quite my speed but I enjoyed it for the most part. The morning ceremony at 6:45am was cool, and we were given a quick tour and history lesson after. The room was warm and clean, even after it snowed quite a bit overnight. The bath was great too. I’d definitely stay here again."
"Very good, not far from the Jingangfeng Temple, dinner and breakfast for the vegetarian meal is also very delicious, half an hour of early classes, a lot of foreigners. It is important to note that dinner, morning classes and breakfast are subject to time. It must be said that the travel experience of Koyasan exceeded expectations."

夏夏At the gate of Koyasan, take the bus at the 6th station of the mountain and get off at the post office. The opposite side of the entrance is the entrance to the Jinsan Sanyuan, and it will take five minutes. In the courtyard check-in, the monk's English is not very good, communication is difficult, and only words can be used for communication. Originally at the time of Ctrip booking, I directed this separate shower room with separate bathroom, but told us after the check-in, or the public bathroom, the room only has a separate bathroom, which is different from the one shown on Ctrip. After checking in in the afternoon, I went to the altar on the altar and rushed back to dinner at 5:30. Dinner is delivered to the room, vegetarian food, you need to eat more rice to eat, but it is very special. After the meal, the monks took the tableware away and laid the bedding on the tatami at night. I feel very comfortable and sleepy. At 5:30 in the morning, I got up and took part in the morning class at the 6:30 temple. I was so solemn and victorious that I felt some mysterious power. In the morning class, the bedding was received in the closet, and the breakfast was set up. I ate three bowls of rice and packed my bags. I asked for check-out before 9:00. We left our luggage in the monastery and asked to take it before twelve o'clock. We arrived at the baggage at 12:30. In the morning, the Aozhiyuan, Jingangfeng Temple and Lingbao Hall turned a big circle, and the Aozhiyuan lost its way, and walked nearly two kilometers. The trip to Koyasan purifies the soul, which makes me understand the development history of Dongmi and strengthens the determination to learn Dongmi.
SsamllcatAfter booking a room with a bathroom, a monk took us to a semi-underground room. It was so cold. He showed us the shower and bathroom in the corridor. We told him that we paid more to book a room with a bathroom, and he took us to find an old monk. Unless we were mistaken, none of their rooms had a bathroom. I obviously spent hundreds more just to have a bathroom in the room, and it was clearly written on the order. He asked me to contact Ctrip at his expense, and he also contacted the agent. It took about an hour and a half to figure this out. He took us back to the original room and opened the locked door (at first we asked him what the small door was, and he said it was a maintenance room). There was a dirty toilet and a sink that couldn't be smaller. Anyway, there are no hotels on Mount Koya. If you want to stay, it’s a shukubo in the temple. They are expensive and have poor conditions, so think twice.
