Alisa Krabi Hotel

Near many places in Krabi town. It takes 30 minutes to get to Ao Nang, but it's easy if you have a motorcycle. The hotel can assist you with rental if needed. The receptionist is very helpful. The owner should commend Mr. King for his excellent service.

Really clean and spacious rooms! Staff super helpful and friendly. It is a bit out the way but we hire a bike so was no problem for us! Highly recommend!!

The reception area and stairwells are well maintained and clean. Our room was only serviced when we requested it to be done! The bathroom was not cleaned to any standard. We were there for one month and the toilet, sink and shower were not cleaned at all. The balcony was never touched it was very dirty with very rusty railing facing immediately to the property behind the hotel. The cleaners left one roll of toilet paper, 2 bottles of water and a bin bag for us to change ourselves the bathroom bin! There was not a window In the room and it was very claustrophobic needing the lighting on constantly. We were with friends whose room was also not serviced. Their air conditioning had to be repaired 3 times due to water leaking onto the floor. They had to use towels to mop it up and were duly fined 200bht because the towels were stained. There is not any tea making facilities in the rooms but there is a kettle and toaster for guests to use in the reception area. The furniture in the rooms is very dated. The reception staff were helpful and pleasant.
