PAN Beachfront Resort Krabi

This was the most expensive and worst hotel I've ever stayed in, and I'll never go back. Why no bad reviews? Because most people stay in hotels abroad, and it's normal for hotel prices to go up during the Chinese New Year, but this was truly outrageous! As soon as I entered the room, I found a gecko in the bathroom. I went to the front desk, but there was no one there; they had already turned off the lights and gone home! In other words, if you really encountered a problem, you'd be completely helpless. There was nothing around. Later, after dealing with it myself, I discovered that the bathroom partition led outside—just a few bamboo poles nailed together—and the gecko had escaped through there! That means if you were showering there, people standing in the bathroom would be practically exposed! I didn't sleep a wink all night! It might sound exaggerated to others, but I'm terrified of these things, and I couldn't sleep at all! My child was also scared and barely slept. Then I tried to cancel the room through Ctrip, but because I didn't have international roaming activated, I couldn't receive calls, so nothing was done. And breakfast—although they said they'd make you eat until you were full, all they offered was instant coffee? Environment: Besides the nice seaside scenery, everything else was terrible! Hygiene: Terrible, see the pictures! Service was also nonexistent, except for making breakfast. Facilities are outdated, probably due to being by the sea.

It's in a very quiet and private spot. I like it.

Everything is good. The room and view, but.. the drinks🥹 Thai tea is not worth the price at all.

Personally, the atmosphere is good, but it's a bit difficult to find food. Overall, it's okay.

Séjour agréable. L’hôtel est propre et le personnel est sympathique. Nous avons eu un petit problème de canalisation avec les toilettes, mais l’équipe a réagi rapidement pour régler la situation. Dans l’ensemble, une bonne expérience.
