The Palm Krabi Residence and Resort

Hotel easily accessible with large free car parking, in a quiet part of town Room and bathroom spacious and clean. Air con, TV, hot water working well. Friendly English speaking staff.

They gave me the furthermost room from the entrance. But the biggest problem were mosquitos and ants. Mosquitos are numerous and biting you during sleep. I don't know why they left holes in the wall in bathroom and between the entrance door and the frame around it. The ants attacked me during my first hours in the room. I had to ask for a repellent to deal with this issue. Ants came to the bed! The password of the wi-fi in my room was not the same as in other places of hotel, they had a misprint in it, I couldn't use wi-fi in the room in the first day. The personnel is watching videos loudly while you are in lobby, they don't care to bother you with it. Check-in is after 14:00, don't expect you will be settled earlier. But there are fines for check-out after 12:00, 100 baht per each hour! The towels were given to me later, at about 14:30.

Decent hotel for price, staff was friendly and super helpful.

I haven’t got better photo but I liked the stay. I liked we didn’t need to go smoke all the way to the front door, also cleanliness was good and staff was polite. Overall experience was great. Thank you
