Ao Nang Cheaper Hotel

Very nice hotel for a staycation. The hotel is totally new (about 2 months old) and very clean. The location is great, as it is close to Ao Nang. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

New and affordable hotel at the end of the Main Street on Krabi. Very clean and newly rennovated. 500 baht deposit is required and around 30min walk to ao nang beach. Service is good with daily cleaning. Could be better if shuttle to beach is available.

This is the worst hotel I've stayed in in Thailand. We stayed there when the hotel had just opened. The rooms were sometimes cleaned very late, there were electrical problems, the toilet tank wouldn't fill with water, and the staff didn't really respond to my requests. I booked a rate that included breakfast, but later found out the "breakfast" was only coffee, tea, and bread. That's awful — I expected a proper breakfast and they should have at least made that clear. They have probably changed this on the website now, but I was unhappy. The coffee machine often required waiting nearly 10 minutes; sometimes it had no water, sometimes no milk, or it needed cleaning — it was terrible. I would not recommend this hotel. The service was poor.

Online requests were not responded. I was asking for a cancelation of a single night because we accidentaly booked 4 instead of three. The bathroom smells a bit mouldy and the walls are thin, so you hear the bathroom of your neighbours for example. The breakfast consists only of Toast, three kinds of jam and instant coffee. Surely one of the cheaper options in Ao Nang, but still expensive for the quality you get.
