My stay was very disappointing. When I first checked in, the water heater in my room didn’t work — there were no lights or power. I went back to reception to explain, but the staff member seemed annoyed and refused to even look at the video I tried to show her. She eventually gave me a new room but offered no apology for the inconvenience of packing up and moving.
The next morning, I received a call saying I needed to move back to my original room because my new room had been reserved for someone else. I was told the hot water had been fixed, which turned out to be untrue — when I went down later, they admitted the repairman hadn’t even arrived yet. Altogether, I had a total of three different rooms in less than 24 hours. The experience was poorly handled from start to finish, with unhelpful communication and no consideration for the guest’s time or comfort.
It’s a shame, because I stayed here in the past and had a good experience. I think I was just unlucky this time but the way the situation was dealt with, I won’t return.
