The Lucky Beach Aonang

I had this hotel booked for about a month. When my wife and I arrived at the hotel after our flight (before 10 PM, check-in is until 11 PM), we had to wait at the reception for about 15 minutes. Then the receptionist finally came and told us that they were fully booked and that we had to go to alternative accommodation. They had us sign a paper agreeing to this - what else could we do at that hour? They offered us transportation to the second hotel - after 10 minutes, two scooters arrived. I refused that because both my wife and I had two suitcases each. In the end, they took us by tuk-tuk, and we drove for about 10 minutes to another hotel. It took more than an hour to sort all of this out. The alternative hotel definitely did not match what we had booked for that price. I don’t understand how a hotel can say “we’re fully booked” when they confirm a reservation in advance… Never again. I do not recommend it. Honestly, it really upset me! But after a whole day of flying and at this late hour, you just have to accept it because you don’t want to deal with anything else and just want to finally lie down. This situation was a really terrible experience. It felt like a setup because they already had a printed paper ready for me to sign. They could have just informed me in advance, and I would have made other arrangements. I want to tell the hotel - don’t scam!!!

This place all good , nice straff and room very big 42 stm. And clean i really love it , will come back for sure if I have plan to come to krabi again ^-^

If you're looking for just basic accommodation, this place is fine. If you're looking to relax and enjoy some scenery...this place is not it. We always had to get a taxi to Ao Nang as it is not walkable distance to local bars and restaurants.
