3.2/5Hotel is located on a beautiful, quiet yet famous stretch of beach thanks to The Hangover 2 movie. Hence it is rather remote if you want to venture out of the hotel and beach area. You can see the impact of Covid on this hotel and its staff though. There are 2 pools in this hotel. The pool by the beach looks rather tired with missing tiles etc. Also, there are not enough day beds by the pool so it can be frustrating. Breakfast spread was average but the view from breakfast room was stunning. The room we were given has a malfunctioning phone which kept ringing every now and then throughout the day. We told the staff on Day 3 but nothing was done really. Internet access was a bit slow at times but did not bother us much. Lovely thing about the staff is they’re friendly and always smiling. Overall, a tired understaffed property that needs revamping a bit.
