Reviews of Krabi City Seaview Hotel

The room's cleanliness was practically nonexistent, it felt like it hadn't been cleaned at all. I'm not trying to attack, but I'm stating the facts and hoping for improvement. Both the air conditioning and the bed were dirty, to the point where I had to request a room change. The hotel offered another room but said there was a leak – I was just confused, going from bad to worse. They then offered a new room, the last one available, but it was more expensive. I have to commend them for not charging extra, as there were no other rooms. Is it the guest's fault for having to deal with such conditions?

Expectations were not high but was pleasantly surprised with the standard of accommodation. To be sure, it is an old hotel with ageing amenities but the wooden furnishings are still solid and everything worked.The air conditioning was powerful and effective. The TV operated, The bar refrigerator did its job. The kettle boiled water when needed. The King bed was actually very comfortable. The room offers loads of useful features and space e.g. a stone top coffee table with two chairs of good quality, a 2 meter long luggage table as well as a large desk containing the fridge, WiFi modem, kettle, bottled water and cups. A large wardrobe allows clothing to be hung or stored. There are two windows offering a view. The facility is well situated along the river a few hundred metres from a night market and next to an excellent waterside restaurant (Baitoey), river marinas and a convenience store as well as other restaurants and bars. For a fairly low tariff this hotel represents good value.

Good location and easy to park the car. Sunrise are a great way to start a day and one can see it clearly from the hotel's location. We ll stay again.

Staff was friendly but rooms are very outdated and nasty, the bed was broken, staff was able to help us with another room down the hall. Both the rooms had AC but it was filled up with dust, we saw many ants in the room. There was alot of mold in the washroom, the room also smelled moldy, bed sheets had several tiny stains of who knows what. Wifi did not work at all, and unfortunately staff wasn’t able to help us with that too. They just told us that it doesn’t work properly. I booked for 3 nights but ended up staying only 1 and checking out the next day.

Hotel is good. But make sure to take superior room which is a worth. Skip deluxe as its really not good. As its not spacious at all. Location is good.

The building is old. 4 floors. No elevator, I like floor clean and quiet. Not far from downtown

The location is ok, The staff is not very polite  The rooms are old but ok, air conditioning is working fine  The shower is part of the toilets

The room was nice and the location was good for a short stay. The lady at the front desk was very unfriendly. Other than that we enjoyed our stay

The hotel's location is great, close to the night market with a river view. You can even walk along the river to the city center. However, the room is a bit dated and the cleanliness left something to be desired.

The room was clean and tidy. They don't provide disposable toiletries, so you'll need to bring your own, including slippers.

Smells like sewage, and the room itself is old and run-down.

This hotel is ran by incredibly kind staff! The rooms are spacious, clean, supplied with clean drinking water and has a comfortable bed! The WiFi was weak however it’s good to disconnect for a few days. It’s located on the river and is a 15 minute walk to the night market and 30 mins from Ao Nang via taxi. I would recommend staying here if you have a way of driving around the city as it’s harder on foot. :)

It’s good if compare to the price. The location was nice and the room was clean
