Krabi Resort

The resort has a spacious room, which is a plus, though the furniture is quite old. Bathroom amenities were basic, and hair conditioner was not provided. Toothbrush and toothpaste were also not replenished daily. There were many mosquitoes around the resort, and breakfast was standard. Breakfast is served until 10:00 a.m., and a slightly longer timing would be appreciated. We noticed ants on some tables in the breakfast area, possibly due to the wooden furniture. One highlight was the wide selection of beverages available at breakfast.

Hotel is absolutely runned down. Poorly maintained rooms, cleanliness, and amenities. Please do not waste your money and time booking this place. There are way better resorts around Ao Nang for consideration. The breakfast buffet is also so horrible. There's not much of varieties. Food were left opened with flies roaming on the pastries and bread. Sheets were stained. Rooms very smelly. Bathroom taps and bidets were rusty and mouldy. Worthless for the price paid though the location is strategic. Krabi Resort just screwed up my anniversary staycation. Requested for 1 double bed but received twin bed. Lights in the room were horrendously dimmed and dark. This resort gives you the ******* vibe. Poorly litted at night. Front desk kept saying no more rooms. Never bothered to offer an upgrade of room. We had to fight for it and ended up having to share 1 pool villa with friends. Room cleaning service also is so slow and inefficient. Requested them to make up our rooms in the morning, they only come to clean around 3pm when we're back. Hopeless place for holiday with family and friends.

The location is good, but the service is extremely slow. I had to call four times for a fork and spoon, waited 40 minutes, and in the end I had to walk to reception to ask again - so in total I asked five times. On top of that, the water for the shower was dirty.

Room was spacious, but unfortunately the plug sockets and lights didn’t work. It was raining during my stay, and when I asked for an umbrella, I was told to check the wardrobe. After explaining that there wasn’t one, I was told I would be given one, but it never arrived. Thankfully, a room next to us kindly let us borrow one of theirs as they had two. Cleanliness was a major issue. There was visible mould on the pillow, the curtains, and even on the balcony area. The bathroom was also quite run down, covered in limescale, and the toilet bin (which had used tissue in it) wasn’t changed when the cleaner came in. The shower was broken, there was no shower shelf, and the bathtub taps didn’t work at all. The pool area also needs attention. The flooring is covered in sharp pebbles which don’t feel safe. While I was there, a lady tripped on a step and cut both her knees—yet the pool bar staff didn’t have any first aid equipment to help her. On the positive side, the location is great. As soon as you walk out of the resort, you’re right on the main ***** with bars, restaurants, and markets. Access to the private beach is definitely a plus, though service for food and drinks was extremely slow. Overall, Krabi Resort feels like it once was an amazing place to stay, but it’s now run down and in serious need of updates. I wouldn’t recommend it or stay again, especially considering how overpriced it is for what you actually get.

Amazing location, friendly staff. Enjoyed the breakfast and private beach. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants .

Gorgeous resort right on the beach needed to relax away from the mahem of krabi. Only downside was room was a little outdated and breakfast didn’t cater for British, staff were fantastic though
