slow water pressure at toilet. no iron and lift. almost didnt get the room as the staf said online system was error. the location not suit if u need peace.

The noise from outside was really disruptive. The cleaning staff didn't do a thorough job, and the bedsheets weren't changed.

The hotel definitely needs a renovation; the toilet in my room broke twice. The shampoo dispenser in the shower wasn't working. And of course, the actual room upon check-in didn't match the photos – everything looked much nicer in the pictures. They provided a kettle upon request, and cleaning was done daily. However, the furniture is outdated and the chairs are rusty. In short, they should really consider renovating the hotel. The pool is not bad. Across from the hotel, there's a decent cafe with tasty and inexpensive food, though 'inexpensive' is relative, as it is everywhere. There's also a store nearby where you can pay with an RSHB card.

Do not stay in this hotel if you plan to sleep before midnight. The hotel is facing a live music venue and the rooms are basically shaking loud every day, given location and very thin windows. Not an option for early sleepers. The rest is ok, it's clean and spacious and in a great part of town, everything is close, but I mainly used the hotel to sleep, never used the pool or other facilities, so for me it was a terrible choice, considering I had to wake up early every day.

Great location, not far from beach and close to all restaurants, but sometimes the bars across the road were super loud.

Nice little place, came recommended by friends. No rush at check-out time either, which came in handy. Will stay again.

Perfect

Very good hotel. The staf entertain us very well. My kids enjoy the pool. The only problem is the wifi and the noise from the bar opposite the hotel. Overall is good. I might stay in this hotel next time i visit Krabi again.

Even though the hotel is at a very good location: I did not like it that the hotel mentioned cashless and card preferred through the signages at the lobby. However it’s tourism services required cash. The hotel could be slightly noisy at night.
