This is a quality luxury setting as good as it gets considering its jungle location: wild large butterflies , birds, monkeys, palms surrounding the villas, panoramic views over the lush green hills and turquoise sea. The tidy comes in twice a day, when the tide is out the whole bay is walkable. This location is fantastic for those looking to relax and unwind. This is a very quiet and laid back place. Hotel restaurant serves great local food, breakfast buffet is limited but enough choices, the staff prepare fresh egg omelettes, scrambled, whichever way one likes with all the trimmings ham, cheese, tomato, onions, mushrooms etc. We had dinner and lunch here too: amazing satay chicken, green thai curry, fresh calamari, chilli beef salad, all freshly prepared and tasting great , fragrant and authentic. The villas as very luxurious considering this is a place in a hillside jungle location. We had our room made every day, toiletries and bottled water supplied. We had villa no 307, which has amazing views across the bay and sea and lush jungle forests. There are a number of stairs that one needs to claim around the resort but nothing too onerous for a fit/unfit person. The higher the villa location the better the view. The villas location and surroundings offer a lot of privacy. The gym is a bonus, has all sufficient equipment to keep one entertained. Local village is a short walk away, with a choice of hut style restaurants and souvenir shops, again quite small and tranquil. A short walk away there are three amazing beaches: Nui, LolaNa and closest Laem Tong. This place is a fantastic hide away to relax and unwind by the pool.
