How can a hotel that uses plastic in the bathroom—which is extremely unhygienic—be considered a 5-star hotel? This is definitely not a 5-star hotel. When we arrived, the entire room smelled strongly of disinfectant. We ordered food by the pool, and the food was very average. At breakfast, as soon as you enter the fruit section, there is an unpleasant smell. Overall, the cost-benefit of this hotel is far from the price they charge and the rating they claim to have.

This place is fantastic for families with kids, but there are a few issues that need attention. The staff is friendly and accommodating; however, the restroom was somewhat dirty, and the deposit box was broken. Additionally, the tissue holder in the bathroom needs to be repaired.

I stayed at Holiday Ao Nang Beach Resort, Krabi for 2 night and really enjoyed my time there. The location is excellent, just across from the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The resort has great facilities, especially the pools and kids’ area, which make it very family-friendly. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The view from the room was absolutely stunning and created a peaceful atmosphere throughout my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Everything was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. It was truly worth every penny, and I would definitely come back again!
