The location is perfect, located by the road to the Ao Nang Beach which is just 5 mins away by foot. Being at the main road, all kind of shops are close by. There is McDonald’s, Subway, 7-11 and a lot of cafes are in the same side. There is a good massage spa just at the ground floor.  We stayed in a family room, provided with 2 queen size bed and a bunk bed; perfect for a family with kids.  The building may not look very modern but it’s not a bad thing. I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone, particularly families for an enjoyable vacation

Excellent location! Close to the beach and shopping and eating joints. Children play area is a bliss. The breakfast was alacart-good choices ( have kids menu too). Certainly would book again!!

The service from the reception staff was very helpful and friendly. They genuinely served us with care. When we asked about breakfast, they honestly informed us that it wasn't recommended as it was non-halal—which we really appreciated. Since the hotel is located in the city and surrounded by bars, we requested a more private room, and they managed to accommodate our request. As for cleanliness, it was just okay—nothing to complain about, but don't expect too much. The room was quite spacious for the price, which was a plus. However, I was quite disappointed with the toilet. The water didn’t drain properly, so it would pool on the floor, which was unpleasant.

Location is perfect nearby 7-11, mcd & starbuck. Facing street a bit noise.

Though the staffs were friendly and helpful , the amenities provided were limited. The appliances in the room like electric water kettle, phone were all old and outdated. The hand shower was old and water comes out quite less and you don’t get hot water all the time too. We felt the price was too much for the amenities and room provided.

The room costed us around USD500 in total for one double and two single in a “Party King Room” it was terribly dark and dingy and “balcony door” lead to an outdoor dusty space behind a billboard sign. There were no amenities and the shower floor was slimy and grimy. Definitely wear flip-flops if you plan to stay there. The bed was hard and you could feel the metal through it. kids seem happy enough for one night, but we would definitely not book this place again.

Great location if you want to walk out of the door for restaurants, clubs , shops and bars.. Hotel is a little tired on the interior, windows dirty, hallways very grubby and mixed matched floor tiles at different heights everywhere especially around the pool.. not bad value for money on the whole although charging 10% service when you buy a cup of coffee is a little greedy..

Room is very small (it’s disclosed in booking site, this not an issue). Bathroom is with no ventilation. A small ventilation with the door so bad smells comes in the room. Poor lighting in room can’t see properly with all lights turned on. Lift is the world slowest one.
