Ibis Styles Properties in Krabi

Stayed here for 4 night with my girlfriend. The hotel is an affordable option at a decent location in Ao Nang about 10 mins walk from the beach. The hotel was very busy during our stay and there are only 2 lifts for the whole hotel with roughly 200+ rooms so at times we would have to wait a long time to use them. The rooms were a bit old and that may have contributed to the impression that they were not as clean as I would have liked. Staff were okay, I had issue with my keycard not working at 11pm one night and the attendant didn’t seem too cheerfully having to go up my room to sort it out. I didn’t use the pool as it was often crowded. The hotel has an offer for tourists not staying at the hotel to buy a pizza package and use the pool facilities for the whole day which my have contributed to the number of people using it. All in all considering the affordable price a rating of 3.5 stars seems about right.
