A resort hotel that far exceeded expectations! It has just been opened for two months, which coincides with the off-season of tourism, and there are very few guests in the whole hotel, but I feel that I have enjoyed the courtesy of the royal family after the past! The service staff of the entire hotel are all around us! It is the best hotel for the trip to Thailand! As soon as you arrive at the hotel, you will be served a fruit cold drink. No matter where you meet the staff in the hotel, no matter which staff they are, they will stop, smile and say hello. Sitting in an electric tutu car, the staff will briefly explain the layout and concept of the hotel before check-in, which is full of ritual! Every corner of the room is exquisite, comfortable and relaxing! Really love every corner! We were flattered that the hotel cleaned the room at least twice a day! After we checked in in the afternoon, we went to the beach in the evening. When we came back in the evening, we found that the room had been cleaned again, helping to fold clothes, fold sheets, and organize things! Because I was really touched, I put a tip in the room the next day, and the hotel cleaning staff didn't take it... Because there were not many people, we contracted all five swimming pools! 4 wading pools, 1 Olympic size swimming pool! As soon as I arrived at the Olympic-standard swimming pool, the staff immediately ran to the pool to ensure my safety (because the Olympic-standard swimming pool is 2-3 meters deep), and it was the first time in my life to swim in an Olympic swimming pool! The breakfast here is also amazing! It is not a buffet style, but an order style with a menu. Every dish is prepared by the chef, and there is a special dish of the day every day! Our specials were Hainanese chicken rice on the first day and shrimp porridge on the second day, which were delicious! ! Regarding the location, there is a large and beautiful beach within a few steps nearby, the sunset is super beautiful, and there are relatively few people, not as crowded as Ao Nang Beach. But we take a taxi to Ao Nang Beach almost every day, and use Grab for 200 baht one way. There are also many small restaurants around the hotel, which is very convenient! In short, far exceeded expectations!

But we are still ok Because the sound is not so loud that we can't sleep But when staying for the second night There are new customers who stay in the room above. That day, we went diving and when we came back in, quite shocked. because the noise is very loud. Running and playing in the room, smashing our feet. At first, we thought it would be late. He may not sleep at all. But when the time passed until 4-5 p.m. There were children running and climbing the balcony. smashing the door in front of the balcony loudly in the hotel. Which we felt starting to stand Unable Therefore went to show the staff He called the customer for you. Quiet for a while Until we were going to sleep, there was a running and playing in the room Almost all night But I think I can still bear it because it is still lighter than the sound of smashing the balcony door Until in the morning, I was shocked to wake up because a child climbed in front of the room. I feel very uncomfortable And have to wake up because of the extreme noise Both the sound of running on the room The sound of running in front of our room climbed in front of our room I felt uneasy at all, so I had gone to inform the staff. Which the reception lady (morning Shift) has received the matter But doesn't look very careful Not very careful what we have to know So we went to talk to the organizer. The restaurant, which he is very cute. He apologized to us And listen to what we said Until we felt good and impressed him But I want the hotel to pay attention to the customer's request a little Because when we stay The room is not full. I stayed for the first time at ' Maneetel Ao Nang ' on friday night. Ao Nang was very busy for ' Somkran ' so I couldnt park at the hotel but there were spaces at ' Landmark' very close by. Its in a great location with everything you might need in walking distance. I choose it as I was visiting the New ' Irish Embassy Pub ' + wanted to walk there. On arrival, there were 2 lovely reception staff who did a great job of welcoming me. Its a lovely spacious reception where the gym + pool + a coffee shop are all on ground level. The room was perfect + very nicely designed/decorated. Its small but I expected that. Theres a balcony if you want to sit out. VERY unlike the reviews previous to mine...I had a super night sleep, NO noise at all until my alarm clock went off ! The breakfast area is on the 2nd floor + you can sit facing out to sea ! Good choice of breakfast + spotlessly clean. I would be happy to return here.

This is the sophistication resort I ever stay in Thailand , I have to fully highlight staff there all is helpful and friendly especially a male staff name Tan, He assist us in Rock climbing services and give me a confidence to complete it , not only that he did assist my kids to hand carry the luggage all the way to our vehicle during check out, the room have to be done a bit make over cause look quite out of time , the rest all is superb , the breakfast also variety choices

Centara Ao Nang is a decent mid sized property right on the Ao Nang beach. We stayed here for 4 nights from 5th June 22 till 9th June. For 3 nights we had a Pool view Premier deluxe room in 3rd floor and last night we had a pool access room in ground floor. Rooms are decent sized, Sleep quality good. Linens, towels clean, no issues there. We had two connecting rooms. The property has two pools, one centrally placed huge pool with slides and the other a smaller one near the beach with a beach bar. The breakfast spread is decent but gets monotonous after two days as menu is almost same. Staff very polite and helpful. Overall great place to stay in Krabi at this price point. Spa Cenavaree is very good. Don't go for cheap ones available outside since the service here is way better. Recommended for stay with family.

While my recent stay at the hotel had its downsides, there were some positives worth mentioning. The location was truly beautiful, with stunning surroundings that made for a picturesque setting. Additionally, the concierge staff were very helpful and friendly, going out of their way to assist us throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the hotel itself felt run down, with noticeable signs of neglect. We were also significantly overcharged compared to other guests, and to top it off, were charged an extra 900 THB for a bed that was uncomfortable and barely usable. This left us feeling frustrated and unfairly treated. Despite the lovely location and excellent concierge service, the overall experience left much to be desired.

A friend who has lived in Krabi for 30 years recommended The Greenry to me. I was considering booking on Riley Island and enjoy the beaches (at 2000 to 3000 Thai baht per night). That rins about 60 to 100 usd per night. So grateful I stayed her in Krabi Town. I have gone to Ao Nong beach 3 days in a row. The resturants are great along the beach. I can walk, bike or grab a (Rot Thaw) which is so cheap. The back of it has side seating and it is about 50-60 baht (about $1,50 usd) If you want to go alone than its more. I love this place. Nothing fancy but the owner Bang speaks English and they have a great staff. There is an elevator and stairs for their 4 floors. There is no iron or blow dryer. Bring your own. They do not serve breakfast but from what I can see, they must have before Covid. Have grace as these hotels get back on their feet. I paid 500 Thai baht per night. That's $15 per night. The rooms are a good size. There is lovely outdoor tropical seating/tables and chairs to sit under ceiling fans. It's worth it! This may be my regular place to stay. Lot's of highly rated restaruants and cafe's in walking distance. Very Covid safe and Sha approved!

The wifi did not work when I was there so I was not able to work since I booked a room to work

We enjoyed our stay a lot and probably would have stayed two days even more, but unfortunately they were booked out. We also had a special request in our booking and they didn’t ignore it. In the room you have everything that you need - a fridge, TV and even a hairdryer. Most important part is the bed and we liked it a lot..I read before we went that some people found the bed very hard, but for us it was perfect and we had a very good sleep. WiFi worked great (watched Netflix without problems) and room was very clean - no strange stains on the sheets or anything like that. Also the location is ideal for Krabi town, because in front of the hotel there is a market where you can get food (rice with crispy chicken and salad) starting from 35 Baht and 7/11 is just next to the hotel. Would definitely stay there again.
