I recently stayed at Tupkaek Sunset Beach Resort and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with modern amenities that made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. But what really took my breath away was the stunning view of the ocean and the sunset from my balcony - it was truly breathtaking and made my stay unforgettable. The food at the resort was also delicious, with a variety of dishes that catered to different tastes and preferences. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to make sure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. In particular, Noom was an exceptional host, making me feel at home and ensuring that I had everything I needed during my stay. I noticed that he help a lot of the other guests too. However, there were a couple of things to be aware of during your stay. Firstly, I would recommend avoiding taking a taxi from the hotel as it can be quite expensive compared to the rates you would find outside the resort. Secondly, I had some trouble with the night shift receptionist who was quite rude and unhelpful. If you need anything during the night, it may be best to speak with the daytime staff instead. Overall, I highly recommend Tupkaek Sunset Beach Resort for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Krabi. With its beautiful rooms, stunning views, delicious food, and friendly staff (especially Noom!), it is truly a gem in the area.

Pros: 1) Only 100m from beach, its beach side bar and restaurant just across road. Pet friendly. Lots of greenery. Quiet area. Cons: 1) On arrival, we were told that no one was available to help us bring our bags as the receptionist was the only person around. 2) The water has no pressure, it is more a drizzle shower than a rain shower, so if you have long thick hair, expect it not to get wet properly for washing! 3) The hair dryer sparked and exploded in my hand, very frightening. 4) When we asked for the manager to complain, we were told that he was in Indonesia and there is no one around. 5) Very old and dated, poor maintenance.

Excellent in many ways 👍 hospitality, location, rooms, cleanliness, beach at walkable distance, quiet surroundings yet easy access to restaurants, shopping stores, petrol pump and the busy AoNang beach and touristy areas can easily be accessed by renting a bike. The hosts were so kind and caring throughout our stay and these were not staff but actually the owners of the family run business. The rooms are large, quiet and the entire property is well maintained with high quality furniture, artifacts and quality fittings with mosaic titles, tainted glass doors on the wooden doors in the bathroom and excellent well kept room with spa slippers. There coffee and snacks available 24hrs for all guest with a special Thai brand coffee which everyone loved. We are sure to return for a longer stay as this place is totally worth every penny.

My all-time favourite! Whenever in need of soul sanctuary I come here. A pure paradise. And as usual, after a while, I extend. Now stayed 2 months already and most likely some more... And the reasons: amazing location right on one of the best beaches in Thailand, beautiful surroundings (especially night time with all the garden lights on), beautiful set of bamboo bungalows and a brand new building with fresh looks, extremely comfy and cozy rooms, nice pool, popular restaurant, excellent management, super nice staff.. and the peace of mind, so so quiet, away all the noise- all you hear are the waves, the birds, the cicadas...Highly recommended for short or long term stay!

Cabins (small homes) are super clean, comfortable and literally soundproof. They are located away (60m) from the restaurant. AC is whisper quiet. Location is a bit remote but with tons of access with road and water taxis. Staff is wonderful. Best location for viewing amazing sunsets. Lost a star for the humbling first impression when the cab driver dropped us off. Looks like the middle of nowhere. The helpful manager will arrange any tours you desire where you will be picked up by a long tail boat. I would highly recommend.
