This hotel is of an excellent standard. The breakfasts are delicious. The idea of having a kitchenette accessible to everyone, with the option to make coffee or tea at any time, is brilliant.

Booked a twin room. facilties in the room great ipad style device for the lights heating tv etc. breakfast outstanding. very chic bar which has a restaurant also. urban hip coffee shop frequented by student and young adults. I assume good coffee and WiFi. Spa very nice will sauna and steam. please note you have to be naked sat on a towel if you use the sauna. and naked for steam. I highly recommend the location 15 minutes walk to old town 5 minutes to the Jewish quarter. Hotel offers free guided walking tours.

Fantastic hotel in a great location with a good breakfast. Does all the simple things right. Unfortunately the bathrooms have these terrible sliding doors. I'm not sure what this trend is about, but I think most people want privacy when in the bathroom, so I'm not sure why they don't have proper door.

Great location and thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Nice cafe alongside the hotel too. Within walking distance to old town, castle, and river. Lots of vegan options too. The staff were extremely friendly as well as the airport pickup driver arranged by the hotel who was so friendly and informative about what to do and see in Krakow.

Excellent hotel, nice location with walking distance to tram stop. Very nice and clean hotel with plenty of eating options in the restaurant. Bar service is beyond my expectations. Would highly recommend.

Puro never disappoints. Modern, funky, convenient hotel. The one on Kazimierz is more spacious than the one in Old Town. Location is ok - walking distance to all Kazimierz attractions and 4 tram stops from Old Town Market Square. Also Puro is dog friendly. No additional charges and you can ask for dog bowls to be present in the hotel room. Highly recommended.

very pleasent stay

Beautiful decor, well-equipped, and unlimited coffee and tea is a real plus. It's a shame the TV didn't work. But the location is only really good for people who like the Jewish Quarter. I'd prefer to try the same hotel opposite the central train station next time.

The hotel was centrally located, so it was easy to get around. The room was clean. The stay was without any major problems, and the hotel mostly met expectations.

An unforgettable stay in the heart of Krakow! Our stay at the Puro Hotel Kazimierz in Krakow was absolutely outstanding and exceeded our expectations in every way. Upon arrival, we were greeted by an incredibly friendly and attentive lady at reception who made us feel welcome from the very first moment. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and we immediately received helpful tips for our stay in the city. Our room was a true oasis of peace and comfort. It was spotlessly clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with a modern design that perfectly complemented Krakow's historic charm. The exceptionally comfortable bed deserves special mention, ensuring a truly restful night's sleep after long days of exploring the city. The only slight drawback was that the pillows were a bit too soft for our liking, but we were able to request firmer ones in two different sizes at reception – these arrived in our room just five minutes later. The amenities, such as the flat-screen TV and the well-equipped bathroom, left nothing to be desired. In addition, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and water were available in the hotel lobby at any time of day or night. Of course, there was also water in the room. The quiet in the room, despite the central location, was remarkable. The breakfast buffet was an absolute highlight every morning. The selection was impressively varied and fresh, ranging from a wide variety of breads and pastries to fresh fruit, yogurt, and muesli, as well as hot dishes like scrambled eggs, bacon, and pancakes. Savory cold dishes such as sausage and cheese, as well as the very tasty Belgian waffles, were also available. Local specialties were also offered, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The service in the breakfast area was also impeccable; tables were cleared quickly, and supplies were always readily available. The hotel's location is simply unbeatable. We could easily reach Krakow's main sights, such as the Main Market Square, St. Mary's Basilica, and Wawel Castle, on foot. The charming Jewish quarter of Kazimierz was also just a short walk away. The proximity to public transportation was another plus, even though we hardly needed it. The entire staff, from reception to restaurant service to housekeeping, deserves the highest praise. They were consistently helpful, professional, and always there with a smile. Every request was promptly fulfilled, and it was clear that great importance was placed on the well-being of the guests. The room service was also commendable. The food was fantastic and prepared quickly; the burger, in particular, was delicious. Overall, the Puro Hotel Kazimierz made our stay in Krakow an unforgettable experience. We felt completely at ease and can highly recommend this hotel to any traveler who appreciates a combination of comfort, excellent service, and a perfect location. We will definitely be back!

It's a 15-minute walk from the old town, and you can walk to any tourist attraction. The free self-service coffee, milk and tea in the lobby are of good quality! The USB plug in the room is very convenient, and the window can be opened for ventilation. The bedding is also very comfortable, the only thing I'm not used to is that the pillow is too soft!

A very nice hotel located in the Krakow Kazimierz district. The rooms are spacious, bright, and clean. There is 24-hour coffee and hot drinks available on the first floor. The only downside is that I was woken up twice during the night by the loud noise from the air conditioner.
