The hotel is very clean, comparable to a Hanting hotel in China, and the service attitude is excellent. Most importantly, the location is superb, just a 10-minute walk from the main square. The best restaurant/bar in all of Poland is located just 100 meters downstairs. The hotel even gave me a free room upgrade!

Excellent hotel in a great location perfect for exploring the old town. Bedroom was spacious and spotlessly clean.
Great breakfast offering good.variety of hot and cold dishes.
Wouldn’t hesitate to book again and would be happy to recommend to fellow travelers.
Thanks for a lovely stay

The positives. The hotel was modern, well positioned from the central square, and the rooms were spotless. The breakfast was good quality with a diverse choice.
The negatives. A member of the cleaning staff walked into my room early morning without knocking. I believe she didn't realise the room was occupied. I was in my underwear in my bed exposed. It caused much embarrassment to me and her. I made a complaint. However, it was brushed aside, and there was no apology. From the staff member at reception. I ordered in food, and when it was delivered by the outside restaurant, it was left to sit at the hotel reception. When I eventually received a call from the desk via my moibile, the meal was cold and ruined. The receptionist claimed she had called my room telephone - she hadn't. Another incident with the cleaning staff, they threw my water bottle away when they cleaned the room. I asked where it was, and they went rifling through the black bags. I was totally shocked that they thought they could put my possession in the garbage.
The staff can be abrupt, Each job sector is very dislocated from the other, so it feels quite cold in the atmosphere of the hotel. If they could address the harmony of the staff, then the place would feel more welcoming.

The room we reserved and paid for was a premium room, but it was small and the bathroom was tiny. We complained that the air conditioning didn't work, and they never checked it. Housekeeping was mediocre, and the staff was unhelpful. I won't be back.

Nice hotel, clean, very good breakfast.
A night without a good sleep
On March 29, there was a quarrel in the next room 202 all night.
As soon as I entered the room, my next door neighbor started.
Originally, the two drunk people were happily chatting and singing in the room, but then a few more people came in and started shouting loudly, which lasted for about two hours before they left. midnight……
1:15 someone came in
At 4:50, a man came in, started taking a shower, and began talking.
The strange thing is that I don’t get drunk.
The room is not soundproofed and I can hear it very clearly.
