It is good in general but the entrance is very difficult for travellers to navigate

The room was spacious, but there was no elevator, so I had to carry my large suitcase up to the second floor by myself. Also, there was no reception in the same building, so I had to go to the hotel next door for check-in and check-out.

The only con is having to climb staircase as it's without lifts. Great breakfast at next-door hotel.

We had a good stay here. Room was spacious and clean. Location was good. Only downside is the unit is located upstairs with no lift. Other than that, service was good!

Good location! You can get to Krakow central station within 10 min. No lift is available so consider twice if you have heavy luggage.

The hotel is conveniently located between the train station and the old town, just one street away on each side. However, you might hear trams outside the window at night.

The location is excellent, situated between the train station and the old town. The room felt a bit dated, but it was perfectly adequate. The lack of a refrigerator was a disappointment. The biggest problem was the foul odor. The bathroom emitted a nauseatingly strong smell.

The amenities were plentiful and the atmosphere was great with a view of the central square from the window.

クラクフ駅からとても近く、立地は抜群でした。 ホテルの内装も美しく、ベッドリネンやタオルがとても柔らかく、快適に過ごすことができました。 特に素晴らしかったのが朝食です。品数が豊富なだけでなく、一品一品のクオリティも高く、非常に満足しました。 立地、内装、快適さ、朝食のどれをとっても期待以上でした。5段階評価なら「6」をつけたいくらいです。またクラクフを訪れる機会があれば、ぜひ宿泊したいと思います。
