Qubus Hotel Kraków

The hotel is quite new, but it could use a more thorough cleaning, especially the exterior windows. They're beautiful, but if not kept clean, the dirt, cobwebs, and giant spiders make it feel dirty. And then there are the pillows... I've never encountered such uncomfortable ones. On the positive side, the breakfast is exceptional for Poland, and it's conveniently located just 4 tram stops from the city center.

After traveling abroad for so many years, this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. There were constant loud bangs in the room, like someone upstairs was dropping a large rock on the floor. Complaining to the front desk was useless. It happened at midnight and again at 7 AM, every few minutes – it was absolutely terrifying!!! The hotel's location was decent, though.

Breakfast with a fruit shot and DIY waffles. Very large room, comfortable mattress and bedding. Thank you for fulfilling my requests. The pool has a beautiful view of the Vistula River and Kazimierz. The hotel is a great transfer point, close to the train station for the airport and the PKP train station. You can easily walk to Kazimierz.

Good hotel with clean rooms, though not overly spacious. The pool and other amenities are a great bonus. Central location, within a 15-minute walk to the old Jewish Quarter with some nice restaurants (tip: Moo Moo / Steak and Wine). The main square (city center) is a 24-minute walk away. We had breakfast outside the hotel.

The hotel was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly, and breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend it!
