Kamers wat gehorig, wel goede bedden. Ontbijt is prima maar niet meer dan dat. Vriendelijke en behulpzaam personeel.

Despite the mixed reviews we booked for a 4 night break and the hotel was great. Friendly/helpful staff, good location and very clean and quiet at night. Located in a square with bars and restaurants and within a 30min stroll of the main square.

Fantastic stay at Hotel Ester. Room facilities were great, they have a lift which came in handy after walking 20000+ steps and being on the 3rd floor. 20mins to the old town square and lots of restaurants close by. It’s in the heart of the Jewish quarter so lovely atmosphere in the evenings. There are buggies out front where you can tour the city and a small corner shop opposite (and gelato) We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but behind the hotel is a bagel cafe where we had lovely bacon bagels! Highly recommend, the location was great for us and surrounded by a lot of history!

Really friendly staff, we arrived before check in but the reception made a call and we just had to wait about 15 mins then our room was ready. We had a triple room which was clean and plenty of space for 3 adults, the shower was great. Breakfast was nice, we also ate dinner in the restaurant one evening and the food and service were great. The location is really good about a 20 min walk into the old town, but there are plenty of things to see and bars and restaurants right in the area. Just walk about and explore.

We stayed in this small, friendly hotel for three nights in December. It was clean and our room was quiet. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and their English is perfect, which is just as well as our Polish is non existent. The hotel was near to the main attractions so we could walk to everything we wanted to see. We can thoroughly recommend the Hotel Ester.

Great location in Jewish part of Krakow close to loads of WW2 locations Schindler’s Factory the Vistula River trips There are city tours arranged by hotel on Golf Buggies to places of interest The room we had a street view Breakfast was self service due small breakfast area and lounge area Lots of history in the location for WW2 buffs

Fantastic hotel Very polite English speaking staff, food was great,room cleaned every day,toilet facilities were spotless,located in the heart of the Jewish quarter, next time I'm in Krakow I'll book at this place,it was definitely worth the money

The hotel is located in a perfect little square surrounded by restaurants, museums and history. Check in was very quick and efficient and our room was absolutely brilliant - it provided stunning views of the square and it was enjoyable to watch people at all times of the day. By night, the hotel is quiet and peaceful. The walk to the main square is around 20mins but the tram stops are just at the top of the square too. The walk is perfect for exploring the old Jewish quarter. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms are clean and well cared for. We look forward to returning!

Hotel Ester is located in a beautiful little square a stones throw from the castle and city centre. It’s surrounded by numerous wonderful bars and restaurants rich with culture, local musicians and local foods and drinks at local prices, There are so many surrounding the hotel we simply couldn’t fit them all in. The hotel is perfect. Immaculately clean, the most comfortable beds and bedding and decorated and furnished so stylishly. Big thank you to the staff everyone of you for making our Christmas break so pleasant and enjoyable. Ring them or email them and they’ll arrange a transfer to and from the airport if you don’t fancy the train.
