Central Palace

Location is excellent, close to the train station and the big shopping mall, few minutes walk to the market spare,accessible to everywhere . The shopping center next door is great to hangout and to get food and other things. Easy to check in eve without the “physical “ receptionist; parking lot opposite the road is near the hotel; hotel room is clean with everything needed, we appreciate the fresh Nespresso coffee in the morning. 😄 Travel with family, we found this hotel super convenient and comfortable, and we will definitely rebook it if we come back to Krakow next time. We really enjoyed our trip.

There is nobody at the reception desk so if you have a problem, you're on your own. Moreover, the guest relations people aren't cooperative. I wanted to change my booking to another date and they refused and didn't care. Even though it was two and a half months in advance and I wanted to book more nights (which means more money for the hotel) they simply refused and didn't care that I cannot use my reservation and will lose my money for nothing. Too lazy to do a few clicks on their computer. This is not the standard of customer service in Krakow! I do not recommend this hotel, especially since there's Andel's just next to it, and it's cheaper and with wonderful and helpful service.

Two minutes walk to Krakow Central Station. We took quite a long while to find out how to get in the hotel. The hotel located in the 3rd floor of the building only, and you need to get the front gate door password via email/SMS. After that, all the things are self-serving. I have never seen any one staff in the reception throughout my stay. You may need to call them if you meet any trouble. Anyway, the room was big and clean.

Really modern apartment with great access to tram, bus and train stops. Only a couple of minutes walk from the old town of Krakow and the main square. Staff were really helpful over the phone when arriving at the hotel late at night. We had everything we needed. Even though tap water is drinkable in Krakow they provided us with bottled sparkling water as well which was nice.

Lovely apartment hotel. Clear instructions and responds to emails very fast. We had a room for 4 and it was a little small as in the elves of the building. Very little storage but gorgeous decor and clean. So close to lots of amenities great location.

Central location, apartment fine and clean. However, very poor management, no communication. We arrived before check in time unaware that the place has no human available to speak to except the cleaners who were kind and thankfully helpful. We could not get into the building, thankfully some other guests let us in and we managed to find the cleaners who contacted the receptionist/ someone in authority. I was told on the phone to leave our bags and come back at 2pm when the room would be ready. The person I spoke with took my phone number and said she would call back at 2pm and give me information regarding our stay. We returned at 2. 30 after waiting for the call that never came. The cleaners who were still there showed us the key safe and gave us our door card and code. About two hours later a random man knocked our door and gave us a piece of paper with some information about Wi-Fi and ordering breakfast. No other communication the whole time we were there. The fire alarm went off and we assumed it was a test as only last a few minutes. However we saw firemen and trucks outside as we were going out for the evening. I let them in, lol! Somewhat unnerving. Again no information was given. There is phone number to ring but I tried it said not in service.

Checked out today 23rd April we were in Apartment 3 Room very clean , Nice spacious toilet very happy indeed less than 5 min walk to krakow square. Many fab restaurants and bars food for all recommended Sioux restaurant krakow square it's fab . Hotel has no receptionist what so ever not hotel issue travel firm should let holidaymakers know this . I'm from Scotland uk once arriving Entrance to hotel at the side of Starbucks. SECURITY CODE PANEL on wall . You need to phone the telephone number on arriving at hotel then they send you text code for door and code for getting your card access for room door on the level your room is. Only annoying thing otherwise the stay was lovely. Thank you to hotel telephone receptionist totally fantastic at giving us all information needed will be back

Overall good experience, however, could be easier communication as there is no reception. Also, as we entered our room one of the blinds had been ripped down and had to improvise the best we could. As well as, the gold table had been dinted. The place itself is a great location, being right next to the shopping centre, has a starbucks next to it and is a short walk to the main square.
