Old Town Residence

The hotel was clean and tidy but an absolute nightmare. Upon arrival we had no clue how to get in as this is not maned there is no reception even though they advertise reception open until 9pm. We arrived at 6pm and doors were locked after trying to phone a few times we finally got to speak to someone who was helpful they sent us the code to get into the hotel and all the codes to the rooms. The rooms were really clean but there is no cleaning staff throughout the duration of our stay. We had 2 towels for the 5 days we were there to share between 3 of us no one came to change these. There was an option to pay for clean towels but this wasn't very clear how to go about getting these. We stayed from the Monday to Friday and did not see a member of staff the once. The shower was so small you could hardly move and when you were using it the full bathroom was soaked as the shower screen did not hold the water. The banister on the way upstairs was broken also

Everything was great! The room very clean, comfortable bed. Very close to all the main attractions of Krakow, main square, Wawel Castle, Jewish district. Easy check-in and check-out. Professional service. After check-out, it is possible to use the luggage storage. we will definitely come back!
