We booked based on the good reviews, but I don't entirely agree with the reviews. The location is good, you are not directly in the city but after a few minutes on foot you can reach the old town. The room was quite small but furnished okay. I expected a little more based on the pictures. Unfortunately, we found hair from our bed upon arrival. There was black mold in the shower and the shower head was constantly dripping. I noticed it but apart from an apology from the lady at reception I didn't hear anything else. I found it very unfortunate.

SE FA FREDDO E NON È INVERNO..CAMBIATE HOTEL!!!
Struttura nuova e pulita, tuttavia non posso fare a meno di dare solo due stelle perché per me NON È AMMISSIBILE che fuori nevichi e nelle stanze non esistono i riscaldamenti perché “siamo ad aprile”. Se avessi voluto dormire col cappello di lana e la maglia termica avrei scelto un campeggio, non un hotel.Mi è stata data una piccola stufa che è servita a poco e niente.. il solo pensiero di fare la doccia in una cella frigorifera mi faceva stare male. Quella che doveva essere una vacanza perfetta grazie a loro è stata uno stress.

Lovely hotel, just a ten minute walk to the main square.
Rooms are decorated to a high standard.

Stayed in 3 nights when working in Krakow. The different receptionists we met were very helpful and serviceminded. The dining room were very nice and cosy with the nice garden view outside. We were very pleased with the rooms and breakfast. Close walk down to center of Krakow.

A really modern stylish hotel, just a few minutes walk away from the Old Town. Very clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. If we were to nit-pick, it was a bit disappointing that there wasn't a toaster available at breakfast. And although the hotel does have a restaurant, it is only open five nights per week with a tasting menu. That said, there is a stunning choice of restaurants available in the town centre. Whatever, if we ever go back to Krakow, we would stay at the Art & Garden Residence again.

Great hotel. Extremely clean and great selection at breakfast. Room perfect and a comfortable nights sleep.
Only gripe would be the walls are quite thin so if you’re sensitive to noise perhaps consider elsewhere.

Excellent and friendly service. Clean and ice hotel. Safe location. About 15 minutes walk from the Old Town, main train station and shopping mall.
Good breakfast for the price.
It would be nice to have fridge in the room and access to the garden longer than only until noon.
Overall, I highly recommend.
