Reviews of Grand Ascot Hotel

I had a very pleasant stay at Grand Ascot Hotel in Krakow. The hotel is in an excellent central location, making it easy to explore the Old Town, Main Square, and nearby restaurants. The room was comfortable, clean, spacious and well-equipped, with a very comfortable bed and a quiet atmosphere. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The hotel has a pleasant modern design and is a convenient base for visiting Krakow’s main attractions, shopping areas and cultural sites. I appreciated the overall comfort, cleanliness and service quality during my stay. The only negative issue during my stay was that the hotel WiFi never worked properly in my room. Despite trying multiple times and different devices, I was unable to get a stable connection. I hope the hotel can resolve this issue for future guests. Apart from this problem with the WiFi, I enjoyed my stay and was very satisfied with the hotel’s location, comfort, cleanliness, staff and overall service.

Located in the city center, all central tourist attractions are within walking distance. The hotel is clean, quiet, and the service is excellent. I plan to stay here again on my next visit.

The location is really great, the environment is great, there are supermarkets, restaurants, bars and everything else around, all within walking distance, and it only takes 5 minutes to walk to the old town, which is really convenient. A very satisfying stay. The only thing to note is that the hair dryer in the hotel is prone to overheating. It took a long time to blow dry my long hair, and I had to stop and start. If possible, bring your own hair dryer.

Very good hotel, well located in a quiet area and within easy walking distance of the city center. The breakfast is also very good.

The location is very advantageous. It is very close to various attractions and can be reached on foot. Although the room is not big, it is neat and clean. The decoration is also quite new. There are many varieties of breakfast.

Een mooi, modern hotel aan de rand van het centrum van Krakau. Het hotel besteedt opvallend veel aandacht aan duurzaamheid. Ik zou hier absoluut terug komen.
