Amazing place, cheap. Clean, close enough to all the good spots in town.

⭐⭐⭐☆☆ (3.5/5) The Boat Hostel in Kraków offers a unique stay. The staff was super friendly, and the rooms were surprisingly warm and quiet, despite being on a boat in the cold. The mattresses were comfortable, but they're definitely not suited for anyone over 175cm tall, which made sleeping difficult and is the main reason for the lower rating. Also, more power plugs would be a great addition. The location is a bit out of the way to enter as it is a boat. Have to navigate overgrown metal grated stairs, difficult with luggage.

Pleasant stay Stayed for 4 nights over the Easter holidays. We stayed in a family room with bunk beds. The room was comfortable and also had a bathroom with shower. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Location was brilliant. A very short stroll over the bridge to the centre of Krakow.

Amazing family stay on a boat We were very happy with our stay! The location is perfect – just a short walk to the main square in Kraków, and with a beautiful view of Wawel Castle right from the boat. It was warm and cozy inside, and the experience of staying on a boat was really unique and fun for the whole family. Our kids especially loved the bunk beds! There’s a lovely glass conservatory with a river and Wawel view, and even an aquarium with turtles – such a cool touch. The boat had everything we needed: kettle, coffee, tea, fridge, microwave, plates – very convenient. The boat was moored securely so it didn’t sway at all – we slept great. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Definitely planning to come back. Only positives!
