I was a little apprehensive about booking this hotel because of all the bad reviews but went ahead anyway, from the outside it look’s quite shabby ( but it is in the historic Jewish quarter) inside the main entrance is ok with seating and it’s clean.I must admit I did ask for rooms at the back as it is on a main tram line so did not want a noisy wake-up call .The reception staff are all very nice and helpful our room was lovely low but comfortable bed, tea/ coffee facilities, a really modern bathroom a warm and cosy 4 nights sleep we did get, breakfast was more than enough choice ( really don’t know why people complain) and the young lad on breakfast duty was very polite and always cleaning .all in all a very nice stay and definitely recommend this hotel easy access to all amenities.

In principle, my assessment shows the quality and convenience of rest! ;-D)) In our room, the mini-fridge for cooling drinks did not work and since in Krakow it was quite hot (+29-30*C), this circumstance caused some discomfort! There was one difficult moment in search of the hotel - not geographic (Google cards worked perfectly), and practical - we arrived at the hotel in 21.00 (already dark and the street lighting at the hotel is not available, In addition to this label with the hotel name, the hotel is not highlighted and part of the building in which it is located is hidden behind a thick bush-wood landing, which makes it quite difficult to find the hotel when you have not previously stopped in it!!! When settled at daytime, these circumstances would not cause difficulties as the hotel 's label is well viewed.

Superb location and great staff It's a great place to explore krakow from. Some quirky touches to hotel (underground breakfast) made it unique . Lots of local choices for food and exploring nearby. Felt safe and relax Would happily use again if visit Poland again.

Staff were extremely helpful, especially the receptionists and the lady in the dining-room when we had breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble and the lady in the dining-room even obtained gluten free sausages and cakes for breakfast (one member of the party was gluten-free). The rooms and beds were very comfortable. We started in room 104 but this was extremely close to the tramline that ran until 11.30pm & started again by 4.45am. The noise was very loud so we were moved to room 403 that was on a different side of the hotel. This room was comfortable but smaller and only had a bath (with a shower head) and it was difficult to access the plug points with some hanging on an extension lead. Location of hotel was good for restaurants and walking to the Schindlers museum. Walking to the Old town was approx 15-20 mins.

I stayed two nights with my son and we found ourselves very well, the room was wide, light and equipped with all needs, the small bathroom but with a new wide shower ....It's true there is no lift but the stairs with wooden stairs lived and The hotel is a very special hotel for the hotel, and the hotel is a very special hotel for the hotel. You can choose between different types of breakfast and in the morning the very nice lady serves the dish with the menu chosen, the drinks are a buffet. The nice staff and the very convenient price. Good location in the Jewish neighborhood.

I never leave negative comments , but greed of these people is at the level so I'll probably share. We lived 4 days in this hotel, overall everything is actually good, good rooms , a common room with PC. These people confused something with the mini bar and when I went out and hurried and I said it, they created a big problem and put a check on me for what I didn 't eat, it came to what I was yelling at the manager, but they were stubborn and all for 22 zloty. This blocked all the good things that were in this hotel , thank you for this girl who works today 19.07.22
