Chogogo Dive & Beach Resort Bonaire

Loved everything about the place with only one thing. During breakfast the seagulls will literally steal your breakfast. They got my ham one morning and tried another but I blocked him but the silly gull managed to knock it on the ground. Both times my food was immediately replaced. That's annoying but the property is all very well maintained and staff is awesome.

Started out rough. Rooms weren't ready till late and rooms weren't close as promised. All in all was a fantastic experience. Well worth the price and family all loved it

A great place to come and chill at. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Food at restaurants is very nice. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Pool and lazy river are great for relaxing in and the snorkelling in front of the hotel is amazing especially to the right by the collapsed pier. Go and Enjoy.

Our one week stay at Chogogo was outstanding! Our room was very clean and the nespresso machine was a great touch! The staff were so friendly and welcoming and the restaurants were amazing. Highly recommend making a reservation at Bina and doing a 4 or 5 course chef meal. One of the BEST meals we’ve ever had. The pool was so refreshing and entrance to the beach to snorkel from shore was perfect. The only downside and it wasn’t even that bad was I wish we would have gotten an ocean view room. The “garden view” room isn’t really a garden view, we looked out at the road but we still enjoyed sitting on the balcony.

Rooms were set up with everything you needed. View from the balcony was breathtaking looking out at the water. Family enjoyed the lazy river, food was good. We will return.

Facilities and Cleanliness are next level. Service is solid and the food was decent but many places to eat near. Would go again to Chogogo in a heartbeat. Absolutely loved the facilities and location!!

We really enjoyed our 7 night stay at Chogogo. The snorkeling at the resort was great and there were several other good snorkeling options near by. The restaurants were pretty good and priced ok for a resort. There were also very good within walking distance. We would definitely stay there again.

Pretty resort. It is like a ghost town at night. Beautiful location right on the water. The shore is rocky so hard to get into the water. Pool and lazy river were nice. Three restaurants on the property, but food and drinks left much to be desired. Two of the restaurants basically have the same menu. More food options would be good. The hostess/waitress at Sunset restaurant during breakfast was quite rude.

The resort was nearly perfect. It was very clean, well maintained, and new. The rooms were spacious with great bathrooms, great water pressure, etc. The drinking water is excellent (straight from the tap). The beds are European... so, not great, but we expected that. The food was generally excellent everywhere we ate. There is a wide variety and we were only disappointed in one meal that was a bit overdone (and they fixed for us). The only reason I do not give the resort 5 stars is some of the wait staff in the bar do not seem well trained. There was more than one time were we asked for a modification to the menu and it came out incorrect. The worst was when I asked them to add 2 shots of vodka to their frozen Frappuccino. They brought me 3 Frappuccino. 1 virgin and 2 with 1 shot of vodka each. The wait staff seem young and perhaps in their first bar job. So, I started going to the bartender when I wanted something special. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. Also, the dive shop on the property (Scuba Do) is absolutely first-rate. Great staff, top-notch equipment. Excellent diving experience.
