stayed at this hotel 1 night only as part of a G Adventures tour. Whilst the hotel rooms are basic compared to some other hotels the room was clean, good shower and a comfortable bed. Air con and fan plus hairdryer and TV, all good. I had room 211, which I think was a corner room, I couldn't get the opagued shutters open to see outside. Check in very efficient, evening meals very tasty and served by very polite, professional staff. Menu mix of Western food and Asian. we had to pre-order breakfast. Hot tea with cold milk made this Enhlish lady very happy after so long with lack lustre offerings elsewhere. my cheese omelette was divine 😋 For a quick stop this was perfect, recommend.

The hotel is relatively clean, the service is very good, the restaurant's food is delicious, the hotel's French style is very beautiful, there are new people to take wedding photos here, the only downside is that the timid girl should not stay alone, because it is too quiet, and the room furniture is old-fashioned, I'm afraid at night... Good location by Mekong river. Room was big and spacious and bathroom was clean. Bed was good. Only chairs were dirty. Breakfast was average 7,5. Omelet station, Asian food and some fruits, coffee and mix juice. Staff was kind, polite and helpful. Bus station 200m. A lot of restaurants nearby and bamboo bridge and French Tower are located in a walking distance.

I asked many time to refund back my money 51$ that this hotel charged me . I booked through Agoda to stay on 03-5/12/22 for two nights. After made the booking , I called to hotel to double check to ensure my booking is recorded but I was told by the staff who pick up the phone that the Hotel no room available on that period then I said why Agoda still Sale your room? She said may be they did not know yet then I asked to cancel my reservation and not charge my credit card. Later on till arrival date I got alert by my bank th at the amount 51$ is chafed by Agoda. I asked many times to refund but till today nothing is done. I felt both hotel and Agoda are cheater . It’s not a big amount of money but I am upset due to the fact that you made the business by cheating your client this is not fair. Shame on you!
