Very good, loved the experience. Staff is so friendly and welcoming. The entire stay was lovely. The rooms are clean and the food at the restaurant we dinned at was extraordinary. I will most certainly return again.

Our daughter competed in a national dance competition at the hotel so we booked 2 standard rooms for our 3 night stay. The rooms are generous in size, neat and tidy with a small fridge, a kettle and basic coffee and tea supplies. We had 2 double beds in each room which were comfortable, although the pillows weren’t great (but this seems to be the norm at most hotels I’ve stayed at). Our hairdryer unfortunately didn’t work - luckily due to us having 2 bedrooms, I used the other room’s dryer which worked. The bathroom was large and spacious with an incredibly large shower. Room 314 had a much larger shower than Room 315 - I’m not too sure why as the rooms are otherwise identical. The hotel has lovely entertainment for the children in the form of an arcade, a cinema and many different restaurants. The breakfast buffet was lacking in variety and service - we waited 45 minutes for our cappuccinos and no-one seemed in a rush when we enquired more than 4 times as to where they were. Luckily due to the other restaurants being independent of the hotel, the service was great and the offering diverse. All in all, a wonderful stay for our 3 nights and would highly recommend for a short stay.
