Hotel Olive Ksamil

An excellent small hotel, the best in Ksamil. Lovely location at the quieter end opposite Lori beach. Pristine hotel, lovely rooms, comfortable beds and very friendly staff. Tripe glazed so you can cutout street noise at night. The roof top terrace where you have breakfast has stunning views! The breakfast offers a great choice. We had a really wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Husband and wife in our 50's From the moment we arrived, we felt so warmly welcomed at The Olive Hotel. The whole place has such a friendly, genuine atmosphere. Our room (No. 33) was spotless and beautifully maintained. It was a little on the small side for a 7-day stay, but would be perfect for a shorter break of 5 days or less – and honestly, we had no issues at all. The view from our room was simply breathtaking, overlooking the bays and Twin Island in the distance – something we never tired of. What really stood out to us was how immaculate the hotel was. It is without doubt the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The linen and towels were changed daily, the corridors and communal areas were always pristine, and even smelled fresh and inviting. Breakfast on the top floor was another highlight – a fantastic spread with the most incredible panoramic view across the islands and coastline. Eating there each morning felt like a treat in itself. The location was ideal for us. We didn’t want to be in the middle of the nightlife, and the hotel’s position near Lori Beach was perfect – calm, quiet, and surrounded by olive trees and the scent of jasmine. Within a short 5-minute walk, there were plenty of beautiful bays to relax on, as well as restaurants and boat trips to the islands (highly recommended!). Lori Beach itself was lovely, with clear waters and a relaxed atmosphere. A special mention must go to Uzcia on reception. He was incredibly helpful throughout our stay – from booking taxis to answering our queries on Instagram Messenger, nothing was too much trouble. That personal touch really made a difference. Another thoughtful extra we loved was the provision of fresh beach towels every day. It saved us the hassle of bringing our own and meant we could head down to the beach without a worry. Overall, The Olive Hotel exceeded all our expectations. Warm hospitality, impeccable cleanliness, stunning views, and a perfect location – we honestly couldn’t have asked for more. We would recommend it wholeheartedly and will definitely return!

A really nice hotel just outside the most crowded and noisy part of Ksamil, close to the most beautiful and calm part of the beaches, The Last Bay and even better, Natyra Bar & Restaurant. A 10 minutes walk to Natyra, which is a very calm and nice place where an umbrella and 2 sun beds costs only 10Eur. In contrary to the crowded beaches in the centre of Ksamil, where they charge you at least 30 Eur.... Olive Hotel is run by a really friendly staff and hotel manager (also receptionist), who know how to treat guests and give an excellent service. The hotel is really new, very clean and with nice rooms in different categories. The breakfast is also nice, with all kinds of local treats and more international offerings as eggs, bacon, saucages meats and cheese. The only thing we missed for breakfast was proper Italian coffee i.e. espresso, cappucino or cortado. We stayed in Olive for 10 nights, and will defintely stay there again when going back to Albania.

We had a wonderful family stay at Hotel Olive in Ksamil. We had two sea-view rooms, both spotless and beautifully maintained — this is truly one of the best-kept hotels I’ve ever visited. The manager is incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure guests feel welcome and comfortable. Breakfast is generous, varied, and made with fresh products. The beach is just across the street, and several other beautiful beaches are within a five-minute walk. A peaceful and perfectly located place — highly recommended!

We had 2 rooms booked in full season. The location is far from the noise of the center, but 115 steps from Lori beach, in a quiet bay. The view is relaxing and the rooms nice. Cleanliness is at high level!! Beds comfortable and towels soft! I loved the rooftop breakfast restaurant, the perfect place to start a day! About service : the warm and always friendly atmosphere, a nice chat, just as hospitality should be! Thank you for a wonderful staying!!

This hotel was beautiful, spotlessly clean, had a wonderful breakfast (the grilled tomatoes with cheese on top were delicious!). The people who worked there were super friendly, helpful and accommodating! The bed and pillows were very comfortable! Would recommend staying here!
