Nice little villa run by a family that are extremely friendly.There is no elevator but they will carry your bags to the upper floors. Breakfast is included (juices, fruits, eggs, cereals coffee etc) Its served outdoors in a garden which was pretty nice.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent. Exceptionally clean. The family who run the hotel and the staff were super friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. We had a slight issue with the air con. I mentioned this in the morning and it was sorted by the afternoon. Would definitely stay there again and fully recommend. Five star hotel in my mind 😊

I had the pleasure of staying at Vasiliu Hotel in Ksamil from June 7th to June 11th, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The hotel exceeded all my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Their service was truly special, making me feel right at home. They were always available to assist with any needs or questions I had, ensuring my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel itself is amazing, with well-appointed rooms and modern amenities. It’s conveniently located near everything you might need – shops, restaurants, and beautiful beaches are just a short walk away. This prime location made it easy to explore the charming area of Ksamil. In addition to the superb service and excellent location, the overall ambiance of the hotel was delightful. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, Vasiliu Hotel provides the perfect base for a memorable stay in Ksamil. I highly recommend Vasiliu Hotel to anyone visiting the area. We are sad to leave after two nights at the beautiful Vila Vasiliu. We arrived a little worse for wear after a night in Corfu and the staff did everything they could for us including bringing us breakfast out of hours. The family staff were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and spacious, we were offered a choice of two rooms as they were not full and chose one with two balcony’s and a kitchen. The location is very close to Paradise beach and a short walk to the centre of town. Would recommend to anyone coming to Ksamil!

It was great! The host was very friendly and always helpful in need! The location is just perfect and the beach is half a minute away by foot. The rooms were clean and there was nothing to complain about. Before entering the hotel, make sure to wash your feet in the garden (which is very relaxing). I'd come again, because everytime you come back to the hotel, the reception welcomes the guests with a smile.

The location is super,near in the most frecuented beaches of ksamil Clean and big enough rooms, private parking,friendly staff and good service.It is not in the center, so it is not too noisy during daylight and its pretty silend and relaxing at night,

I am delighted to meet such nice people. The place itself is a white room with new bathroom and 2 balconies. Fully equipped and amazing. The location is right between the nicest beaches in Ksamil. Spotless. Thanks to Tina and her husbend and the cousin(i guess). We also met the elderly men that were kind and we felt like home. we spend our last 3 nights in Ksamil and wished we knew for this place from the begining. Next time. Ferdi

First of all i want to say thank you to Atina and whole her family they made our holidays best family vacations. When we first decided for Albanija we wasnt sure what to expect, and we were so suprised how Nice all nature is , how Great food they have , and best beaches in ksamil Island . We spend 3 weeks in Atina s place and we are coming back this year . All the rooms are very well mantined , spacious and very clean , with balconys and Great modern design . We enjoyded making barbicues in garden . Whole ksamil Island is good connected to sarande so you can make visits to the city , or to to Gjirokastra village, there is much to Explore. Very warm reccomenation to all People who are thinking where to stay in ksamil, vila vassilu is 5 star home away from home . See you this year . Ivo , Andrea and baby Alegra
