Great location, friendly staff, amazing view very modern and clean. You need to pay the supplement for a sea view as worth it. Nice breakfast choice savoury and sweet.. would recommend without hesitation. Great quality for the price*****

You couldn't ask for a better host than Luciano. Everything we needed to know, he had the answer, whether that be restaurants, bars, beaches etc. There are so many great options so close to the hotel. The hotel itself was as advertised only a few yards away from the beach with uninterrupted views. The bedroom was well appointed and very well maintained. All in all, it is an ideal place to stay in Ksamil.

The Hotel is very close to the beach, 1 minute away. The hosts are incredible pleasent and willing to help with everything. Luciano is a great host and speaks very good english. We booked the groundfloor appartment which is big. Cleaning is done daily and towels and sheets are changed every 2 days. The restaurant serves very good food at a reasonable price. The only downside is that the breakfest is almost the same every morning. You can pay by card in the restaurant. We will definitely come back to his hotel if we will visit Ksamil.

The hotel is located right on the beach with stunning sea view! The owners are so pleasant people. The bathroom was very spacious and the room cleaned every day. Definitely would recommend to stay at this place 👍🏻

Great value for money. The room was clean, and had lovely sea views. Luciano was such a friendly host, with great tips for the local area. The breakfasts were tasty with good variety. Easily walkable to several beaches and restaurants

Modern and clean room with lovely spacious balcony boasting stunning sea view. Bathroom clean and nice shower. Owners very friendly, breakfast buffet had a nice range to choose from and was included in room rate which is nice. Location perfect to beach and town. Overall a great stay

This place is amazing,it's the 2nd year in the row I have visited this hotel with my family and really enjoyed everything. Luciano ,his mum and dad are all friendly and very helpful. I recommend this place to everyone who wants relax,cleanness,and nice food . Keep it on guys!!

Bellissimo albergo con posizione fronte mare, pulito, gestito da una bella famiglia, con un ottima colazione , una zona tranquilla soprattutto per le famiglie, vicino al centro.

In base alle recensioni lette abbiamo scelto hotel meta per passare una settimana in famiglia. È stato confermato e superato il loro livello alto. Abbiamo trovato una famiglia sempre disponibile ad ogni esigenza che ti fanno sentire un ospite di casa non di albergo. Grazie mille alla famiglia Meta per l'accoglienza e la familiarità che danno ogni giorno. Le colazioni sono una cosa eccezionale Preparato tutto dalla signora ogni mattina che ti ricordano l'infanzia. La camere sempre pulitissime e in ordine ogni giorno. Un ringraziamento speciale a Luciano che è lanima di questo posto e che porta in luce tutto il sacrificio dei genitori
