the room quite big for the price. self check in and check out. place also strategic, you can only walk to eat or go supermarket. got heater in toilet. iron outside the room.

Duting festive season not recommended due to not water. I checked in on 30.10.2026 then next morning on 31.08.2026, no water at all. So I had to go to nearby masjid to take shower. Very frustrating. I suggest for all to avoid booking this hotel during festive season. Thanks.

Poor and old condition. The only positive is the location. It is not worth the rate for the room. The same rate can have better hotel at Kuala Terengganu.

The hotel charges for parking, but there's no way to buy a parking coupon. The staff didn't even know how to use the parking app. I'm worried I might get a ticket. I hope the staff learns how to use the parking app to help guests.
