We returned to the resort after nine months, looking forward to another enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, the entire stay was extremely disappointing. It left us wondering, what has changed? What was even more disappointing was the lack of response from the customer care team. Despite taking the time to share our concerns via email, we did not receive even a single acknowledgement or reply. This lack of communication has made the overall experience even more disappointing. Our trip was ruined even before we began our journey. 1. Land Transfer Arrangement We booked and confirmed a return land transfer with the resort at a cost of RM2,500 approximately one month before our trip. However, just one week before our departure, we contacted the resort to obtain the driver's details and were informed that the resort vehicle had been sent for maintenance and that there might not be a vehicle available for us. Instead of resolving the issue, we were simply given the contact number of another transport provider and asked to arrange our own transportation. The quoted rate was RM2,400 per way, amounting to RM4,800 for a return trip which is almost double what we had agreed to pay. This was not our problem, yet the proposed solution required us to bear the additional cost. We find this completely unreasonable and unacceptable. 2. Delay in Transfer to the Island Upon arriving at the jetty on the day of departure, we experienced another major issue when the boat's propeller was damaged. As a result, we only arrived at the island at approximately 12:30 p.m. Having departed Johor Bahru at 3:00 a.m. to ensure we reached the jetty on time, we barely had the opportunity to have breakfast. Once we arrived, we were left with only about 1.5 hours to complete the resort briefing, check in, unload all our diving equipment, have lunch, and prepare for our first dive at 2:00 p.m. The entire experience was rushed and exhausting, which is certainly not how we should begin a diving holiday. We fully understand the unexpected situation, and we accept this as the boat captain was really trying his very best to fix the issue and apologise to us. 3. Water Supply Disruption After completing two afternoon dives, we returned to our rooms looking forward to a shower. Unfortunately, the water supply stopped halfway through our showers. My friend and I were left standing in the bathroom with shampoo still in our hair. Another member of our group immediately informed the reception and requested urgent assistance. Despite waiting approximately 40 minutes, the water supply was still not restored. Eventually, we had no choice but to rinse our hair using the outdoor rinsing tap meant for dive equipment. To make matters worse, the water disruption continued the following morning. There was no water to brush our teeth or wash our faces before diving. We ended up brushing our teeth at the restaurant. The situation got worse on the second and third day, the water disruption was
