Reviews of Hotel Sentral Kuantan @ Riverview City Centre

Great location to see a lot of activities within walking distance. We went to the Kuantan Art Street which is just across the road. The night market which is just next to the mosque. Room is spacious, clean and facing the river. Breakfast is justifiable. Love the rooftop terrace. Place to chill. The only negative comment I have is on the noisy aircon. Hope maintenance team do something about it. Overall, I did not regret choosing this hotel over 5 star hotel.

Awesome location, right beside the kuantan tower. Parking is free and guarded too. Good for a quick stay.

Breakfast was too simple, was expecting at least there is some eggs for their nasi lemak. I mean thats like compulsory when you want to call a dish as nasi lemak

Decided to stay at this hotel for a night. The seconds you step out of the hotel, you can find many cafes and eateries. The room (Premier Deluxe King) is big with window facing the river with the big Kuantan sign. It was lovely. The room is exactly as advertised. Will stay again for a short stay.

Hotel location is top notch. Easy to access halal food and many cafes around. Great that it has free parking too. However, cleanliness is average. The towels have lots of stain marks. The floor feels sandy (no carpet in the room). Breakfast not bad actually, has quite varieties of food. Iron board is outside the room (very well used, looks kinda old). But overall, a decent hotel for low cost stay.

Good room big nice everything is near gitew❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

For this price, one would expect basic cleanliness. But the toilet seat with hair and what look like poop stains were shocking. I took a picture and showed it to the front desk. It wasn't clean until the second day. The stains were still there after cleaning. Why not just change the entire seat cover?

Great experience in this hotel and parking space provided by hotel👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 One thing i think need to improve is soundproof in hotel room. Location quite strategic,at city centre.

Everything is good and very clean, but one only I just want complain about room key should fix little bit ,Bsc if u go out first no problem if second time card cannot access !! But I love the views and nexts time I will go again 🥰❤️✨

The room card system need upgrade as unable to open door in one card. The location is perfect as the nearby is attractions Provided parking by hotel. The reception is very nice and friendly. Service is good.
