Recommend for family who like vacation bcs this residence suite can fit 5 people in 1 suite. 2 queen bed and 1 single bed but no worries bcs living room so spacious. Location also strategic near town. But it didn’t provide plate. Mug, coffee 3 in 1 and mineral water provided. Swimming pool was clean. But the suite a bit smelly. Anyway, good service. Will repeat.

The location is convenient & easy to the city center, cempedak bay & beserah...easy to find interesting places to eat...clean & comfortable accommodation.. perfect for a family vacation. Customer-friendly receptions & front desk. Very good service.

The house is very clean and comfortable with minimal decoration, the decoration is just like a hotel, there is a gym and swimming pool, the price is reasonable. The house has 3 spacious rooms, 2 bathrooms. 2 rooms with queen beds and 1 room with 2 single beds. The atmosphere is also great. not far from the City Center. suitable for a family holiday

The overall is rundown and providing an experience of "It's Ok" not an issue. Bedsheets was having some stain. Pillow was yellowish The soap and shampoo provided was really limited for a place that cater 6 person. Only 2 set of bath gel and shampoo. Overall its not a clean place to stay.
