Trip.com stated 5* hotel but Google map stated 4*. Some personal feedback: Pros: ‼️ Location, location and location - While everywhere was jammed during countdown eve, the Grab driver was shocked our location was sooo smooth. From KLCC back to hotel was a breeze. ‼️ Water was refilled daily 👍 Cons: ❌ No bar fridge 😱 ❌ Phone was spoilt ❌ Office chair cushion literally sink in when seated omg. ❌ Hot water erratic and rain shower anyhow splash ❌ Noise - No way to sleep when someone is showering. Overall, breakfast was decent standard will likely stay here again in my next stay but hopefully not 20 years later. Cheers.

Lobby located on the 9th Floor on top of Sunway Putra Mall with easy access to nearby public transport and a walking distance to LRT station CHECK-IN: - Late check in, waited for few guests during check-in around 11.45pm (Sunday 25Feb2024), which took a while - Free room upgrade, which i really appreciate by one male FO, there are one male and one female, both malay front office was on duty at that time - Staff Quite Friendly - Reasonable price ROOM/SERVICE: - Well-maintained, comfortable and very clean room - Spacious room - Fascinating view of Pool facing KLCC and Kuala Lumpur town center view. Overall, this is one of my favorite hotel for Healing.. would recommend to everyone. Special Thanks to the FO on duty during my check in.

Our 2nd time here but our first staying in 2 bedroom suite. Really love the space, style and view. Full kitchenette with washer dryer. Something to improve is the quality of the pillows. It's too soft, not so comfortable. Taking lift can take some time if it has stop on every other floor. To go carpark, need to change lift at lobby. A little inconvenient. Now the hotel is very much known and very crowded during this stay.

When I heard of this place, I went to YouTube to see any reviews for it and see how it looks like. On the day itself when I booked in, I am AWE how nice the place is and spacious it is, it’s looks so nice and worth to stay at the place. Booked the one bedroom premier, I gotten the highest level , the view from the living room and bedroom, I could see the KL tower, looks near but actually abit distance though. The swimming pool is nice and good too. It’s worth to stay for few days even for a day, it’s near to KLCC and walkable to W hotel as well.

Pros- The room fits 4 adults comfortably or family with 3 small kids. Cons- -One of the bed gives a loud squeaking sound as if the plank underneath are broken but still sleepable😅 -The toilet was not very clean. Can still see moldiness on its walls n floors. -There were ONLY one plug point in the room which was hidden behind the TV made known to us when we asked the receptionist and then they provided us with an extension wire. -THE WORST OF IT ALL WAS, WE WERE IN THE ROOM WHEN SUDDENLY WE HEARD SOMEONE SWIPING THE KEY CARD N OPENED THE DOOR. I managed to yell before they cud opened it further. We were appalled that they did not knock before using the key card when they wanted to give us mugs tat we didn’t asked for🤦🏻‍♀️ Parking is nearby either one charged by local council or private parking because the hotel is located right smack behind of Tawakal hospital.But quite a challenge to find parking because that area has a quite a number of good eateries.Its congested with people coming in n out that area.

You got what u paid. That's how I summarised my experience. I booked through agoda and paid beliw RM50 for my room. Room was really small. Only fit a single bed and a table. TV has no channel at all. Toilet was also so freaking small that I couldn't take my bath properly. I have to sit on the toilet to shower. No parking provided but there is a parking lot in front of the hotel. You need to pay RM5 to park there. The hotel is right beside Dynasty hotel but the front door is facing backward. It is kinda hard to locate. I only stayed for one night. But staff was helpful.

Book under Lebaran Staycation for some leisure+wfh. + Location wise, near to monorel station and restaurant with few booths offer many types of dishes. + Staff are very cautious to guests, willing to guide and assist anytime. + Room are still smell fresh, everything is still polished as good as new. + The king bed is very big and very comfortable to sleep. + The inhouse dining restaurant are spacious with nice view to monorail rails + the wifi connection is fast - the staffs at check in counter could be friendly by offer smiles to guests - the variety of pastries is quite small for morning breakfast, no croissant on that day - the egg station prepare omelette in advance, thus no fresh and hot one being served - the fresh juices available that day is watermelon only, and other could be bottled juices. - the superior room is quite small, as well the bathroom. But still acceptable. - the round work desk is bit unstable, seem the fundamental is loose already. Overall a nice staycation and very good modern hotel options to stay in the middle of the city.
