I appreciated the service and the cleanliness of the room because they are all new. But I didn’t take bath because there is no water from the shower. Very disappointed, also the deposit took very long, it required me to remind them so that they sent the deposit. If I didn’t remind them, my deposit would have gone

The Sheraton Hotel is an excellent choice for accommodation, offering a convenient location and top-notch service. However, one aspect to consider is the bathroom situation. While the facilities are generally satisfactory, there is an issue with the bidet, as it tends to cause flooding.

The room must have been unoccupied for a long time There is a lot of dust, and there are mosquitoes when you come in Will make you sneeze constantly and make your nose sensitive First of all, the landlord didn’t contact me in advance. I have been trying to contact you on trip but no response. I was very helpless at first when I checked in. The room smoke alarm keeps going off The landlord said it was normal The reason for checking online is because the battery is running out of power. And there are no toiletries provided, which is very inconvenient. But the bed is comfortable

All staff have great attitude。。。The room is also very spacious and comfortable。。。The soundproofing is okay and needs to be improved, but fortunately we didn't encounter any noisy tenants

Superb location, well decorated, very comfortable to stay at, cozy, and well facilities provided. Worth to stay for trip. Only not satisfied with the service. Got no access card , host said the card is missing and in process for getting new card from management, as other guest check out not returned the card. Its very hard for us to going out, up and down cause need to scan the access card , have to explain our situation to every security that we ask for help (shift job change). I hope they improve on this matter. Make sure they have the access card before guest check in.

Stylish place with all the amenities you would need. The host is easily contactable and responds fast to queries and requests. They were very kind to lend us a vacuum and mop as we wanted to clean regularly during our stay with young kids. Apartment is located opposite the Quill City Mall so it is convenient if you need to grab groceries etc. Grab Food delivered to the lobby very quickly due to apartment's good location.
