First time being there but have no time to swimming pool. Everything still ok just don’t know where to check in during arrival cause there are 2 blocks there. First hotel assistant told me to call the number coz is not under hotel management. But the number unable to reach make me feel worry 😂 However at the end the second assistant told me to go another block for check in. Everything so far so good ☺️

The hotel should be renovated from an old residence. The lobby is very splendid. In addition to the counter, there is a self-service registration machine and lemonade as a welcome drink. There is often only one waiter at the counter, but he is polite. There is a big gap between the decoration of the room and the lobby. The decoration of the room is old, the yellow split-type air conditioner makes a whirring sound, the bathroom floor has stains that cannot be removed, and the pillowcases also have the same problem. Fortunately, they are stained but not odorless. There is no toothpaste or toothbrush provided in the room. The triple room has a spacious space, a microwave, a refrigerator, a thermos, and a swimming pool on the ground floor. There is a free Go KL bus near the hotel, but the route takes you around residential areas and is not worth taking. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to Aeon and is connected to Sunway Velocity via the subway underground passage. These two shopping malls can solve shopping and dining problems. Take the Green Line of the Metro to Exit D of Maluri Station (Aeon), go straight, pass the bus stop and the intersection. Overall, the price of the hotel and the convenience nearby are not high and it is worth staying.

China Town
I don't know if I'm the first one in China to comment on this hotel. This hotel is next to Petaling Street (China Street), opposite the subway station and not far from the passenger station. The location is undoubtedly, but! The environment is average, the space is small, the room I live in can't see the view, there is only a big water storage tank next to it, it is very noisy, the air conditioner is annoying, blowing on people, so I cough up phlegm...of course it is my own question. There is another thing that I find particularly interesting: the front desk charged 50 MYR, and he directly stapled the reservation form and 50 yuan in cash with a stapler. When I handed it to me, I saw that there were two staple holes in the money , this is shocking, their currency is really.... dare not say Generally speaking, it is actually ok. The location, price, and service are very good. If you are traveling or doing business, you can live here. It is also a good choice

Check in: Very long Q took about half an hour with luckily our Q has the most efficient counter staff. The counter staff is good and friendly. Buggy : Quite fast and polite. However parking entrance attendant attitude can be improved as this is a 5stars hotel. Room : Space comfortable and cozy if add a tissue box will be more great. One of the pillow case still with stain and have weird smell. The pillow not bouncy. Amenities: the lobby is nice and grand. Swimming pool looks luxurious. The gym is the most impressive 👍🏻. Breakfast : The staff attitude needs to be improved. Food tastes average. Table spaces are cramped and close to one another (beside the window area, when walking back from taking our food, it is difficult to walk back our table) Location : if you looking for quiet place M resort is a good option however if you are looking to visit others location you need to drive as this area without public transport. Overall is good but services can be improved to be excellent. Btw thanks for the birthday cake ❤️

Nice suite in a good location. Booked the room for two nights. After checking in at 6 AM I had to change rooms at noon. That was a little bit inconvenient. This hotel doesn't have a front desk. For checking in and checking out you have to call a number and someone is coming 10 to 15 minutes later. When leaving, I was checking out at 5 AM to catch an early flight. I called and waited 20 minutes but nobody came. When I called the number again, the same person, sounding very sleepy answered. He probably fell asleep again after the first call. Finally 15 minutes later somebody came to check me out and return the security deposit.
