Looks like its a quite new hotel, room is okay, the service was good, we did not opt for breakfast, so dont know how is it. Its just when we wanna check in, the traffic in the lobby was pack. Maybe its the weekend and many people check in the same time. But the family and the kids really enjoy it there.

Kuala Lumpur City Centre
Relaxing vibes in the middle of the city is a huge plus. Housekeeping staff and reception staff were friendly and helpful. However the management should learn to be more flexible regarding upgrades to be in line with other hotels in the city. Upgrades on site seems to be significantly higher compared to booking the upgraded room directly online. This does not make sense but hotel was inflexible. There was also no manager on site as well so front desk staff had to call. This resulted in alot of additional time wasted. Very disappointed in this lack of service by management in such a beautiful property. However, front desk staff remained very patient and professional and even took the effort to show us around as well as provide advice and assistance whenever possible.
