Kuala Lumpur Bukit Bintang 4-star Hotels

Took some time when checking in as told by the staff as all the rooms are booked, so have to wait for the rooms to be clean. Location is near to Chow Kit, approx 10min walk. There’s a night market beside/back of the hotel but it can be quite dark and shady as the roads aren’t well lit. Swimming pool is very small and so is the gym. The gym is located on the other building so you have to walk over and seek the receptionist to assist you in opening the door to the gym. The worst was the waiting for the lift. It can take up to 5-10min waiting for the lift as it serving up to 25 floors. Bed is somewhat on the softer side and the pillows are incredibly soft which is not to my liking. I made a special request upon booking but when checking in, due to the lack of rooms, I was upgraded to a lower floor which I’m not sure if it’s even a upgrade as the room was smaller and my special request was not met.

Located nearby Lalaport, Zepp KL, Berjaya Time Square and within Bukit Bintang walking distances. The room which i stayed 415, for me is acceptable with the decor is a bit outdated and maybe could use some future updating. There were no complimentary mineral water and no hot kettle provided, only two glasses and a jug which for the water hot or warm water, you need to walk to nearby coway water dispenser which located next to the lift. There is insect like ants all over the table mostly nearby tv desk. The phoneline always engaged, tried for few times within 25 minutes time trying to reach the Front Desk or Operator for assistant, only F&B department where not engage but nobody answered. The bathroom is also in need of renovation and only simple amminietes provided i.e Toothbrush and No Shaver. The entrace to carpark at 1st and 2nd floor was quite narrow and confusing, the parking area also quite tight and you need to take the parking ticket and verify at the ground floor counter if you want to exit the hotel and the surrounding hotel access road look like it require some flattening and levelling and also i need of clear signage for direction. Overall, the hotel provided a comfortable stay, but there are areas for improvement in terms of access, amenities and room condition.

Very nice hotel. Value for money. Compared to other hotels with same price in Bukit Bintang Star Hill area in Kuala Lumpur. Will definitely come back. Only problem is no carpark. Have to pay valet parking RM20 each time you in and out.

Pro - Near to LRT/MRT even bus station at Pasar Seni. Walking distance to Dataran Merdeka, Petaling Street. - Clean hotel, clean room. - Nice receptionist - Strong WiFi connection Cons - LRT railway just beside hotel. You may heard LRT pass by, but it's not a big deal - ”Gelandangan” just below hotel, you may feel uncomfortable walking down the street at night - I saw review before about breakfast. So it's true, breakfast totally a big down for this hotel. Maybe hotel should prepare a proper breakfast for guest. Totally lack of choices. Overall definitely coming back to this hotel again next visit to KL!

Stayed for 3 nights at the hotel. Was initially attracted to the ”night market behind the hotel”. But guess it was not my expected ＜night market＞, it was transliterating night WET market selling vegetables, poultry and seafood. There was also a Chow Kit Night Market which turn up to be a flea market with recycled items selling at a cheap price. Area was filled with foreign workers, and malay food, which we did not manage to try. Local driver told us the area used to be alot more happening but died down as the year goes and its more for foreign workers now. Hotel does not have a car drop off point so it is by the roadside drop off. Valet parking is however, available. Walking distance to Chow Kit LRT station which you need to change to MRT line to get to KLCC. Room is big and spacious for the price paid and i'm not exactly sure why i made booking for 3 adults but only 2 breakfast was included, nevertheless, it was not a big issue as i heard my parents mentioned breakfast options were pretty limited. Housekeeping was average, the issue i have is that every evening at about 5pm when we returned to the hotel, everything was made up with bath towels missing, which was then told that the laundry service they took have yet to deliver the fresh towels. That is 3 nights, all having the same issue. Otherwise, basics were provided, shower amenities, disposable toothbrush set, disposable room slippers. Comb, shaver and the likes were not provided. Calls to the front desk were hard as they hardly pick up call. I have to make about 7 calls continuously before it was picked up to only find out towels were not available. Like others mentioned, the soundproofing issue we encountered was that indian family was staying next door and took a couple of the rooms so late at night we can hear the kids running around the corridor and the family members can be heard clearly conversing. During our stay we were also awoken by baby cries from we dont know which level or which room because of the poor soundproofing. But also appreciate little effort from the hotel which have support to check-in with us over whatsapp everyday. Lastly, hotel seems to have major turnover patrons as we were not allowed to do early check-in for even 40mins prior.

It's the worst 4 star hotel i have ever stayed in. The hotel interior & hardware look shabby, bathroom is dark. And the cleanliness of the room is terrible (4 star Hotel ....). Ruined my wonderful travel mood with my girlfriend as she used 40min to clean the room & use our own pillow sheets. We do request to change another room, but unlucky the reception told the hotel is fully booked and don't have available room for us to change, so we forced to stay in the room for our 4D3N KL trips. The room service need to be improved. We do request 2 times rooms services (1 is call to fix the toilet bowl flushing button as no available room to change, 1 is request additional hanger), 2 times also need wait vey long time & called twice at least to get solve. Other issues in the room : TV - still old style TV, only can watch Hotel TV channel (4 star..... don't have smart TV to watch online show, can't even phone mirroring.... ) Floor - uneven Table, chairs & bed/bedsheets - dusts & stains. Bathroom - door broke, shower area dark, toilet bowl flushing button not work, wash basin edge surrounding with black stain.... Fridge - don't know what century, not interest to open and have a look. AC- not cool enough, still will feel warm (18.5DC). Impression - pay for 4 star fees, stay in 2 star room.

This hotel is reasonable price including breakfast and super convenient at both facilities and location which is easy to access the amenities in a just walking distance and quite near to visit Twins Tower in 7-10min Drive. We had a great time to stay there.

It was basic 3/4 star’s hotel and located in china town, which area I didn’t like so much. The room was dark but nice. The from room was wiew was great in 7. floor; I saw petronas and kl tower from there and the light shows them every night. :) The pool was very small, but the terrace in pool were very nice and you could see Merdeka 118 building next to it. :) Cleaning wasn’t so good; Male housekeepers only changed sheets and towels everyday, but they haven’t dishwash glasses or mugs in the room and there were dirty marks all over the tables, walls, bathroom glassdoor etc. which was disgusting! There wasn’t also toilet paper enough, and when I asked that more the male housekeeper wasn’t happy about that. So this hotel should make effort more for house keeping and maybe change that stuff! Other stuff were very nice and helpful, and they gave me a free breakfast because of the wrong fire alarming middle of the night!

Good morning KL,last day & a last shots of the beautiful views from 23rd floor of the suites I stayed. The best part ms is the bed 🛏️ really comfortable & is my first time staying in a hotels that don’t give me backaches💖Will definitely be back again @ceylonzsuites. Thanks so much for ya all friendly & attentiveness service me & son. My apologies didn’t get their names, all I remember 1 day with black headscarf I presumed she the person in-charge & another lady with bronze shoulder hair length helps me up so much & this morning I check out she already prepared my cash back🥰love it so very much. My thanks to the Chinese guy wit her this morning too whom super friendly that’s I love his attitude on how he talks to his guests,do give all this team a very great compliment from me🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩💖💖💖💖💖
