Online booking is not true. What we saw online it's not what we get. The house looks beautiful in the picture but when we go and open the house it's different one. We are Singapore we keep the country clean so what type of must we get . Beware of some humans like very clean even the furniture carpets utensils and etc etc. I'm afraid to book apartments online from now . What can you all do on this. You all jus take the money or we pay only half. After we view and stay the balance we pay on that 1st day if not the apartment cards can be seized by unable to use. Hope my idea can be relieved for others who wants the apartment very clean and classy. Thank you M Khaleel

Smile Hotel Wangsa Maju

Overall, can say it a decent stay but not that perfect. Room is just average size, need to move the bed together to make a space for pray or sitting together. However the bed is comfortable. My bathroom door is hard to be shut and the water pipe is leaking. Reception service is just average too, as I don't know why they take time to process the check in, also the check out staff also made me wait as he entertaining the phone call for about 5 min while I'm being standing in front of the desk. Other than that, the access card somehow has problem to unlock the door, so need to go back to the reception to call for assist. Nice stay for a budget hotel. For parking, might be difficult to find as it's within the shop lots.

What is good - Reasonably priced with clean rooms for short stays. - Complimentary breakfast (simple pre-packed nasi lemak/fried noodles) and all day beverages and bread at the reception area was a pleasant surprise. - Room safe and hair dryer provided are practical. - Ample food and convenience shops around. What is challenging - Limited public parking spots. - Walk up 3 storey budget hotel.
