Hotels will only accept Malaysian nationals and foreigners who are residents of Malaysia, and guests must be categorized as low-risk on the MySejahtera app. Those from EMCO (enhanced movement control order) areas are not permitted to stay at the hotel. To comply with these regulations, all guests are required to show a digital certificate in the MySejahtera app which proves they are fully vaccinated. For vaccines with two doses, guests will be considered fully vaccinated after the 14th day of receiving the second dose. For single-dose vaccines, guests will be considered fully vaccinated 28 days after receiving the vaccine. Guests are only allowed to travel with non-vaccinated dependents who are 18 years old and under if they are members of the same household.
