So far so good for this hotel, clean and tidy room and everything well prepared. And also kind and helpful staff

Overall stay was okay. Just the environment quite crowded. Located behind central market. There is a problem with the parking. But overall okay.

Everything is perfect for a budget trip. Recommend. Just beside Central Market and walking distance to Chinatown KL and near the Twin tower.

Good location, clean and quiet, very near shopping center, variety of food, good staff

Booked 2 separate studio suite rooms for this quick getaway for my friend and I. Starting with the positives, the location was good, the rooms were as pictured and clean, not to mention a rooftop pool. However, there was no hot water for the duration of the trip. When brought up to the concierge they told us it was a matter of old pipes and required for the water to run for 10 mins before any hot water would come out but it did not for the duration of the trip. Furthermore, the rooms were booked with the intention of using the bathtubs. However, the water that came out (as pictured) came out yellowed. When we raised this to the concierge as well and was told it is again a matter of both old pipes and under utilisation hence you’d need to run the water for awhile before it becomes clear. This did not remedy the situation at all despite a few attempts. We had feedbacked this to a manager at the end of our trip as well, and received a contradictory explanation, that the water source for the tubs was dirtied by some external source and hence we had this experience. This was an unsatisfactory response and concerning and it feels dishonest to change the story. That said, maintenance should be a basic function of a hotel and should not be compromised, nor should the problems be passed over to the guests to resolve with bandaid solutions. I have attached our correspondence with the hotel (dating back to 21 April 2025) and have not heard back from them since then (10 May 2025). I am deeply disappointed with the management of this, and I hope this review will enable future guests to be more discerning.

I selected this hotel due to its location....just 😍... close to LRT & MRT, walking distance to attractions, food, etc. The room gave me a cosy feeling the moment I stepped into it. Very comfy. However I could hear ppl closing doors but luckily I'm not a light sleeper n it didn't bother me. Even though Pasar Seni is just a few hops away but I didn't hear any noise from outside. Staff was very polite and helpful. Eventhough there are homeless folks next to the hotel, they didn't bother me. Just let them be. All in all it was an enjoyable and comfortable stay even though it was only a night. I'll come again in future.

Room was okay. Linen were not very clean but the bed was comfortable. Dust on the floor, it could be a lot better. Toilets were okay but please provide more than half a toilet roll paper per day, it’s annoying. Shower was okay but the water was not going down the drain I had to use something to lift the thing to help water evacuate. Overall it was okay for the Price but small things could make it better.

Location is good but alot of homeless outside the hotel. I had booked the room in advanced but when i check in i found out that the room is used by another customer. Dirty bathroom, unclean trash. When i approached the staff, he only replied me, the cleaner will come the next day and we have no extra room. Unhappy experience with the hotel.

Near the LRT, easy and convenient, nice to couple, free breakfast, roof top pool

Good for stay. Near Central market. Good location. Near lrt. Prefer by solo and couple travellers.

Service, food and location were on the spot. The staff were very polite.

This is about the BEST Hotel located in KL if you want to find food, cultural experience, unforgetable experiences...😍😍😍 Central Market is strategically located right in the doorstep of this hotel. Literally everything you needbis found is nearby... Streetfood, entertainment for the young and old... street cultures & firnedly people everywhere! If you need to travel, this hotel is nearby to a elevated light rail to bring you everywhere you want to go...😘😘😘

I always use this hotel when I transit through KL. very clean and good service. Although i would request a room with a full size window and the ones with a small window can smell a little musty. The staff are always helpful and the location, right next to Central Market, can’t be faulted.

The room with bathtub with reasonable price.  Only the parking no provided need to find parking outside .
